Liana Eminent is the best deal in town

I think there is only 1 problem with liana and that is

all the owners are 100% satisfied and all the non owners are 100% un satisfied dont know why :s, yes this is a fact,

every bodys uncles, cousins, brothers, neighbours liana's are bothering them whereas the owners dont have a single complaint about their car.

can any one explain this please ??

P.S. my liana has 80k on the clock now and the problems so far I have faced are==== none

@Hasnain2005. Well, I have resisted the temptation, coz opening a house construction project this year, so no $$$$ for cars now and building up capital for brick and mortar.

Thanks Akbar. It made two trips to Faisalabad in 10 days and really did not bother me at all. The second trip was entire on CNG with full load, while first one was hlaf-CNG, half-petrol, I was alone.

A full cylinder from Islamabad ran for 250Kms, which is exceptional for an Xli

Although I am not a big fan of Xli either but I think that what is working well for you there is no need to change that... Times are tough:)

Excellent mileage masroor bhai,, how did you manage to get fuel in faislabad?. atleast on tv they are projecting as if there's nothing left there in terms of fuel

@Akbar. When I left Islamabad, had 80 percent petrol tank full, so coupled with CNG, which was available all along, saved the day.

Masroor bhai travels on motorway at 90-100 km/hr

I cannot do that for the sake of economy but once i got 191 kms from my spectrs with this style of driving. Takes alot of patience

my brother in law has a RXi which I drove twice. I liked the car though its a bit laggy (as I own a steermatic maybe thats the reason why I felt his car to be under powerd). really liked the interior and build quality. he often travels to his village to take care of his land which invloves a lot of offroad driving but still there are no issues so far.

@Spectra. It is not only economy for which I drive at this speed, but for the sake of safety, you never know when a Tyre is going to blow off. Plus there is no stress on engine as well as driver and music sounds too good at this speed.

BTW on second trip the average speed was not less than 100 and it was full load me+4 adult passengers and with a full cylinder got around 200. It had not finished till Bhera, but had to exit at Bhera for the midway fill up as in service area there are long queues. It took just 10 minutes to go out, get top up and come back on the M2.

Liana as everyone knows is already gud on CNG.so i was thinking if mansoor bhai got a liana..he could reach lahore without a single CNG fill-up..:P.
As for the liana,I'm not satisfied with it's pick.the engine is underpowered.PLus the shape seems like kah ALTO ko kehanch kar lamba kar liya hai or dikki laga di hai,I mean where is the style and grace??which u can see in New Civic??

I second Newton. I have had Liana for more than a year and have more than 20k on the clock (Mashallah) and am absolutely satisfied and happy.

How about Chevy Optra or Areo? Except dvd players, they're the best deal in town, and like the wise man says "Resale wont save your life".. i guess put resale aside, they're the best options available in that price range!

Jalil bhai I do not have any Liana, was thinking to get Eminent. BTW CNG is now no more important as prices are going to be almost equal to petrol now and government is reducing the price difference.

its engine is a SOHC with 8 valves, producing only 90nm of torque,, while liana has DOHC 16 valve producing 144nm of torque..

Aveo has no alloy wheels, no dvd player,
and the auto transmission cost way more than liana..
