Inn addition,when a car which has TS valve intact is started it works to block the flow of coolant to the radiator until the engine gets warmed up. When the engine is cold, no coolant flows through the engine and remains in engine block and internals. Once the engine reaches its operating temperature normally beyond 80 degrees C the thermostat opens.
A desi totka to test the valve,put it in boiling water pan and observe how it expands and contracts.Well actually a cylinder like part of the TS valve which is fitted towards engine have a special wax inside which upon heating up to 82 degrees C expands and pushes it out to open the water channel.
The primary job of the cooling system is to keep the engine from overheating by transferring its heat to the air, but the cooling system also has several other important jobs.
The engine in your car runs best at a fairly high temperature. When the engine is cold, components wear out faster, and the engine is less efficient and emits more pollution. So another important job of the cooling system is to allow the engine to heat up as quickly as possible, and then to keep the engine at a constant temperature.

need bit help regarding cng problem..... It behaves perfectly normal on petrol.... On cng the check engine turns on when i rev higher than 2.5 and sometimes wen i press the brakes and leave the accelerator the Car switches off(2day it did twice after which i switched to petrol)...failing to maintain the rpm stable..... Its an aftermarket cng.... now wat shud b done ? ? ?

your car is with aftermarket CNG no?
well to pinpoint the cause you may have to get it diagnose first on petrol if its all ok with petrol then further steps comes like tuning,plug gapping,cng cylinder/kit tuning,throttle body cleaning and lastly coils,but do not listen to any roadside mechanic on coils issue,they know nothing except ''coil kharab hay''

first of all try increasing rpm on cng and test the behavior of the car and report.

if its aftermarket cng then all you need is a good cng mechanic to fix/tune your car, no big deal, its only company fitted cng that require you to goto 3s for adjustments....

Most probably, Throttle body needs proper service along with all sensors cleaning. I think this will solve your problem.

well its perfectly normal on petrol......... behaves well on cng mostly but occasionally after giving higher rev and then braking causes the engine to switch off ........ 1st RPM drops to almost 500 n then engine turns off........ on higher RPM its ok doesnt switch off n wen driven with soft foot even then it switches wen leave the accelerator off but occasinally it happens...... car keeps going well but wen apply the brakes switches off atonce............

After getting the possession of any used car,you must keep its maintenance record,well first comes first change the engine oil,oil filter,air filter,gear oil,coolant,steering oil,brake oil,clutch oil,fuel filter is different job as it comes with fuel pump in liana otherwise fuel filter replace.
Note down on a log book with date and meter reading.
On second attempt complete tuning including plugs replace,wiring check,alternator & self solenoid service,belts replace,Ac service,tyres check,balancing and alignment,battery check.Note down the record with date and meter reading.
At next step,complete interior,exterior and engine bay cleaning.
Now you are good to go,plan any trip any where at any time,may it be 12 in night.

master cylinder for brakes or clutch?
There must be some wiring disorder get your fans grip checked for voltage first.

sure bro.... that needs some serious time.......... TB and cng kit i guess shud service 1st.......... m not sure about any mechanic who is good at sensor cleaning here in atd...... or even one who knows where they r located n wat they r...... for cng got a good one....... n TB i guess isnt that tuff......... engine oil changed just b4 bought it.... alignment still 2 b done........ battery bit weak as well ........... plugs replaced... shud i go for 2pin plugs ?????????? n i think wen it starts there is mild missing on petrol....... none on cng....... injectors need cleaning????? or i guess shud check the coils n wiring too.........

TB and cng kit i guess shud service 1s..........Engine tuning is must before heading towards cng tuning and kit service m not sure about any mechanic who is good at sensor cleaning here in atd....Its not necessary to get some mechanic assistance you may unplug them and clean them with WD40 especially the TPS or even one who knows where they r located n wat they r.....Major among them are cam sensor located towards most right of the cylinder head,TPS and IAC at throttle body,MAF on the inlet for cng got a good one....... n TB i guess isnt that tuff........,yep, carbon deposited on the butterfly inside the TB make it stick thus resulting the fluctuation in RPM engine oil changed just b4 bought it....okay alignment still 2 b done......very essential to avoid tyre wear and proper handling battery bit weak as well ........it should be changed asap with at least 47 amp one plugs replaced... shud i go for 2pin plugs ????????No need, you may opt for platinum one of NGK bkr6ep n i think wen it starts there is mild missing on petrol......it can be scanned at a scanner pointing towards fuel pump,fuel tank or fuel lines or injectors none on cng....... injectors need cleaning???do not clean those with petrol/carb cleaner etc,there is a proper way to treat the acoustically,will let you know a workshop in lahore if needed or i guess shud check the coils n wiring too......can be checked,i know a good workshop in islamabad

i serviced the cng kit and raised the rpm to almost 800-900..... now the car wont get switched off ......... but that check engine light wen raise the rpm above 2.5 or so still persists.... then it gets switched off after a while wen rpm is under 2.......... no check light on petrol ....... only on cng it turns on.... its aftermarket cng...........

Reset the ecu once,remove battery +ve terminal for half an hour,put it back on battery and observe,if it goes,its ok if it persists something messy.
