• Check that the air filter of car is in good shape
• Check that CNG cylinder and kit are not having oil in them

If the problem still persists then meet me.I will tell you what is the problem.I also own a Liana 2010 FF CNG and all electrical work is done by me at home.So i never ever took my car to mechanics.Just for mechanical work i use to goto Diamond Brothers.

Check the fuse box and try replacing the fuse of immobilizer.

Gone through the entire Liana Worksop manual and also googled but could not find the FUSE of Immobilizer?? can u help in tracing that

Assalam-o-ALikum!! I have once again bought a liana -- its 2007 -- 3rd in my count ---
Everything was fine once I bought it! Only thing advised by previous owner was that never let it empty on petrol ---
However once I brought it home I came across flashing Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) === I mean FLASHING*** not just ON
Car won;t start --- being old hand at liana -- i disconnected battery terminal to let the ECM forget what happened-- Problem solved and Liana ready to go --- However the issue is that I started facing this problem every now and then --- in a mid of busy road getting down the car and opening the hood to disconnect the battery terminal for a while is quite embarrassing once entire road starts honking their horns at you
Getting on with the problem somehow I have following symptoms that are noticeable:-
a. It does it even if I don't try to start the engine -- I just turn the ignition key to on and then off for about 10 to 15 times and between this on any of the attempts it starts FLASHING
b. In the meantime I have found the solution to battery disconnection cumbersome steps ---- Now even if I don;t disconnect the battery -- I just remove the key -- wait for a minute -- insert it again -- the problem is gone!!! However problem never goes off if I attempt to turn the car on while keeping the key in the switch !!!
c. It reappears after similar interval i.e. the car is switched off and on for more then 10 times.
d. It never happens on a running car.
e. Low fuel indication light is on -- eversince i bought it -- Is it thirsty?? Does this low fuel has anything to do with flashing of MIL / immobilizer thing?? coz flashing MIL is related to immobilizer

A unique problem -- needs unique experienced liana fans to come up with the solution!! Please help

Today opened all these door trims out of my liana and tomorrow gonna wash them because they are too much dirty after 2 years i opened these all.

1st Pic - All the parts which are removed are placed according to sequence.

2nd Pic - Door Trims of all four sides.

Does the MIL comes on a cold engine start also?

If you find a 3M upholstrey cleaner,you wont need water wash

For ff cng kit 15 litter of petrol is compulsory to run smoothly.

And your lead turned out to be miraculous --- this morning I went to my car to diagnose it for MIL flashing as per your question. Prior to turning the ignition I just turned the key, on and off 3 to 4 times and there it was -- MIL flashing ---

But I noticed there was some malfunction in central locking and unlocking ---- Liana as you all know automatically unclocks the doors once your turn off the ignition switch -- History of this car is that it has after market remote central locking and unlocking mechanism also installed. Once ECM doesn't auto unlock the doors after the ignition switch is turned off for 3 times ,,, on the 4th instance MIL starts blinking

However as soon as I pressed the button on door panel to lock and unlock the door a signal from ECM was received and the MIL flashing was gone -- so it came out to be the OEM central locking conflict with after market module --- Now coming to the point what all have been told by the mechanics and 3S:-

a. Mechanics/Electrician --
(1) CKP sensor has gone bad and you need to change it ( yes a mechanic remembered all the names wiithout knowing what all they do)
(2) Your head needs surfacing to avoid engine malfunction
(3) Sell this crap, even if you lose few thousands
(4) After market CNG is the cause of the issue -- you need to check/replace all your emission control sensors

b. 3s

(1) problem seems to be because of after market CNG and we don;t deal such cars we can't even scan with the scanning tool --- go to a road side mechanic(Despite my insisting that at least check the DTC and inform me of the code , their answer was that you will simply spend money , good for nothing)
(2) your ECM is recording some misfire may be on CNG

What i have been through >>>
a. Cleaned the EGR as I thought it to be stuck
b. Planned to trace the Catalytic converter and remove it if that could be the cause
c. Checked my coils if they were short or unserviceable(thank god they were good)
d. Changed spark plugs (they were really in bad shape)
e. Removed all sensors grips and removed the dirt and slime form them
f. Had a doubt regarding transponder of Immobilizer viz-a-viz the key.

And in the end it just turned out to be

CENTRAL LOCKING ( AAAAARGHHHHHHH)

^^ congrats your problem solved, but my Liana doors didn't automatically unlocked when I removed the key or switched of the ignition.

Good to know you got the clue.
First suggestion you got from the mechanic is somewhat reliable only if the car turns off after a litte drive, that case denotes some thing bad about ckp, if nothing wrong with cold start.
All other suggestion you got looks me vague.

Alhamdolillah the issue is resolved. The key to maintaining modern cars is to stay away from atter market accessories as much as possible. Our electricians are good for nothing and like to cut and connect wires wherever the feel like. Trial and error is their game...

what can be the problem to tuk tuk noise when i turn towards right and noise comes from left.and on bumpy road tik tik tik tik continuously coming from front left and right both.Recently got the left axle repaired of my car but problem still persists.Anyone experienced this problem.

BRATHAAA PLEASE!!! tuk tuk is come when yo axle thingy be exposed. like, there's this rubber thing, looks like a spring, it sheild grease inside. when the rubber comes lose due to speeding on turns and all. the tuk tuk sound comes becuase joints grinding, kinda like a sprinter's knee and all. my point being, get that place EXACTLY behind the front left wheel regreased and the rubber sealed properly.

PS. you remove tire for this. and the disc too.

hellooo people! see pic? the pipe going from cng filter to overhead engine thingy has a green line on it (MS PAINT FTW!) now this very pipe has a leak in it. I mean its hot and all and has a cut on the end where the belt presses it with the valve. now I can hear the cng sssss'ing when I even slightly nudge it. do you think it can be the reason for the car missing? (the cut is due to my constant taking out of the cng filter for air-blowing-cleaning)

PS. suzuki abpara dealer has said there are four parts in the overhead rail. one of em is faulty and for Rs,8k. he replaced it for testing purposes for a min and the car was running perfecto! any idea how to get that part cheap?

get the pipe replaced and the four thingies on the head are cng injectors. one of them is faulty and they probably replaced the faulty one after checking from laptop. you have to buy this from them or you could try your luck with some cng workshop who might have replaced this kit with conventional one....
