all because k saray axle walay apni ghatya repaired cheezen fit kr k car rawana kr dete hain aur customer rull ho jata hai bohat jald..

in the end, i fixed baleno 1.6 axles and they are Mashallah silent since december 2014.

Their gear oil is same as shell but with different spec

I don't think its shell. I have used Shell Spirqx which is a multi grade oil while PS gear oil is SAE 90 mono grade.

for usual use, if i choose shell, they have hx3,5,7..which one is better for a car run 110k km and on cng all the time?

Shell HX7 is the best out of those as its a semi synthetic blend. Shell Ultra might be overkill. I have beennusing HX7 since 2001 in all my cars.

ohhh bro thats sad.My advice get the work done and sale it even it sells less than its price just get rid of it.Its useless to put money daily on same issue.Now i think we should call it a "Ruliana".

I warned you not to use that fiber gaskit (fiber one have capability of holding more compression but they are only good for iron block)
I am sure you are car's head is damaged due rapid opening I would say swap one the head with a kabli one with proper gaskit peace of mind in long terms

I have read that you are constantly having same issues with your LIANA, and have spent enough as well on repairing. Why don't you take out some time and let me inspect the car at my friends workshop. We will try to see what the issue is...

I think there's a serious unresolved issue in the cooling system and your mechanic.

From last two days i am facing the same issue.

Gasket is safe because of the temperature sensor which switch off the ac when engine gets to hot.

Seems like in your car that sensor is disconnected.. if it was connected it should give younsign like it turn off the ac.

And ues you are right. Temperature needle on dashboard says everything is noce and cool.. and at that moment radiator was almost blown.

I am facing this issue from last 2 days..

After every 5 kilometers i have to check the water bottle..

Please advice.. what to do?

Using water. And yes it was booling on reservoir.. and lot of steam coming out from reservoir cap hole

boiling water is indication of air in cooling system remove radiator cap and left it uncapped for night water level will go down fill it very very slowly

p.s it look like your car's cooling system have lot of air or else little air escape after thermostat valve opens

Will try this tonight. But still confuse with the temperature needle on dashboard..

Reservoir bottle was boiling and throwing steam like pressure cooker. Radiatore was almost empty.. and needle was on middle!!
