I have read that you are constantly having same issues with your LIANA, and have spent enough as well on repairing. Why don't you take out some time and let me inspect the car at my friends workshop. We will try to see what the issue is...

I think there's a serious unresolved issue in the cooling system and your mechanic.

I say again! Change your mechanic.

I warned you not to use that fiber gaskit (fiber one have capability of holding more compression but they are only good for iron block)
I am sure you are car's head is damaged due rapid opening I would say swap one the head with a kabli one with proper gaskit peace of mind in long terms

the car that day did not have any issue actually. my father panicked. next day i went with a mechanic and he inspected everything but all was fine.

the questions i have are listed below so that all of you can further smoothen my life:

1.since thermostat valve is ejected by the first owner, is it good to make the cooling fan direct and not automatic? the check engine comes up if i make it direct.

2.ac apni marzi se chalta hai...kabhi yes kabhi no...probably still having heating issues

1. radiator service karaya and blockages khulwaey.. radiator ki jaali is rusted and he said to change it. but it is very expensive( liana ka radiator aisa hai jaise truck ka. double jaali wala)

2. i inserted 1ltr osaka green coolant with all water this time. kahin coolant water pump ko nuqsan tou nahi krta? (i feel so myself)

From last two days i am facing the same issue.

Gasket is safe because of the temperature sensor which switch off the ac when engine gets to hot.

Seems like in your car that sensor is disconnected.. if it was connected it should give younsign like it turn off the ac.

And ues you are right. Temperature needle on dashboard says everything is noce and cool.. and at that moment radiator was almost blown.

I am facing this issue from last 2 days..

After every 5 kilometers i have to check the water bottle..

Please advice.. what to do?

Today is Sunday and i want to get rid from it.

Anyone who can share a pic of genuine liana passenger side axle shaft of his car.

Well bros a new problem arose that axle inner cv joint is not locking up in the tranny.Any ideas what can be the problem.Axle comes out easily with a hand force even having the C-Clip installed.

Dear I guess your Liana LXI's ABS system is not working properly , like my uncle also hv LXI liana and ABS is faulty since he bought it and ABS light is ON in the Dash ...Some people while selling his ABS faulty liana removes the ABS faulty indiciation Bulb and people who buy liana din check ABS working while buying

i hd checked ABS working of liana its good...

i hd checked ABS working of liana its good...

He is having rxi variant which is non ABS and all tyres jam while applying brakes its ok thats how the normal brake system works.

When you turn key all check lamp light up which include ABS one so if it doesn't light up ABS check lamp is removed

1. Don't set on direct instead install theromstate valve
   2 cant say anything on this one.
   3.double grill radiator is now a day very common ppl are throwing cultus signal grill one out and using double grill radiator
   4.osaka coolant is one of the shitest quality coolant you have use coolant
