Sirf 14k ka kabli engine ? M13 ? But total 50 k ka khrcha kis tarah ho ga ?

Tiny cooling system leaks show only at high temperatures. There won't be any tip tip at cold engine.

Brother I think you need to sell your car and get a carburetor engined old car which your mechanic can experiment on.

I fail to understand why you refuse to bring your engine to factory specs. There are hundreds and thousande of M13 in various cars running flawlessly around the globe.

Remove timing chain cover and check for leaks near water body, then underneath the car and then radiator and all pipes. All of this needs to be done when the car is hot or steaming.

INSTALL THE THERMOSTAT.

Check for a few days if there are any other leaks and then pour coolant.

Itherwise, sell it as is and buy a Mehran or Alto.

He needs a proper pressure test of his car's cooling system and that's necessary for every car owner with time .I too have pressure tested my vehicle by 3s and they charge only 300 for that .have a look on my thread The Rxi (Revived) in member and member's ride section of pakwheel forums .

Let's get some things straight here if you didn't install theremostate valve now yow will end up with a cracked head or block with this constant air locking issue

It might not be air locking or trapped I side. It must be a leak.
@skill is right. It needs to be pressure tested but I didn't recommend it as the mechanic doesn't seem to be able to handle thr most basic of repairs.

Well @hasooboy is right here, I am not a car repair person.
But I have a good contact, who has a workshop. He is my mechanic as well for some good long years.
You can come and see me there. His workshop is near NIPA at Gulshan Block-5.

I have previously adviced him to change the mechanic as well. The issue he is telling is very basic in nature regarding the cooling system. There can be many factors in that, but it needs a close examination of that.
Proper examination might take even more than a half day. It will never fix if mechanic every time take it as "masla yeh lag raha hay, yun kerkay deekhta hoon, aap phir eik aadh din chala ker batayo..."

I have also extended him a helping hand if he needs to troubleshoot the issue at my mechanics workshop as well.
I don't see any reason why this issue can't be fixed.
We have around 3 different model/specs LIANAs in my group and time to time they have given cooling system issues, but they have been fixed. The issue was never persistent like this.
And there were multiple issue like of leaked radiator top, faulty Fan grip, jammed T-Stat (my cars), leaking radiator cap... But all such issues were identified and fixed, and never there was a single case of burnt Gaskit or any Head related issues.

the issue of boiling water was only and only due to a connection error in fan..i had it fixed...and its fine now Mashallah...

@zank bro i really respect your concern and helping hand...Inshallah il take time for a visit to you. only issue is that car remains with dad all the time so i rarely get time to take car for a long duration...but i have kept yr offer in mind. i live in fb area near javed nihari..nipa is not far away..

bro meri car ka engine mashallah new jaisa hai...120 ki speed pe max legaya hun aur paani ki tarha perform krti hai car Mashallah...bus ye radiator, etc k maslay...

i visited Mandviwala motors today. they said to leave car in morning some day and they will have a comprehensive exam for freeeeeee and tell the results...

you mean just go to a 3s ask them to test the cooling system?

Don't fall for free test only those workshop who don't have customer try these trick and they might mess you car up

@abid110 the moment you uploaded the picture of your car's engine bay it was my first assumption that your overflow pipe is soaking the fan grip which is covered in a shopper bag.
