Less pressure ka tou side effect dekh ji chuke ho ap aur ziada pressure ka radiator cap will bust hose pipe so buy the recommended one and the manual is universal liana manual for m13/m16

Well atlast the wait is over and got the fuel pump + fuel filter replaced.The fuel tank of liana is pain is *** to remove.Went to Suzuki Kazim Motors by 11am and went back by 5:30pm.Mechanic charged me Rs 1000 for fuel filter replacement.
Fuel pump bought by me from Kohenoor Autos for Rs 4500 Japan Made OEM Denso.And now no more shut down.But one thing that they didnt remove the whole tank just lower it from one side and putted the new pump + filter.

The old filter was clogged like hell that some one added mud in the tank.Will post the pics of old fuel pump and fuel filter for reference.

Ac service and gas charging was done at right time just before the Ramadan and its working great, Liana is very good its almost chilling inside when outside temp 45c

Happy to know but u must clean the fuel tank as it contains a lot of mud & bad deposits which should reduce the life of ur new pump & filter.

well i will have it like this for 2 weeks and then as i get time will get the tank cleaned for Rs 2500 from Suzuki Sowan Motors.:P:P:P:P

You should have cleaned the tank as it was already half lowered. Failure if fuel pump is not a fault its actually the result of a fault. And in your case fault is still there in the tank.
If i were you i would made it a DIY - since i have the liana's service manual all thanks and credits to @saboor73
