Injector doesn't care which wire is which because its a simple solenoid. Just make sure that you don't keep it connected to the battery for longer than quarter of a second or so otherwise you could damage the solenoid inside. However i've seen people on youtube keeping their fuel injectors connected to the battery for good 2-3 seconds but it's better to remain on the safe side.

Bro how to check the current coming to injectors is accurate in terms of voltage ? I read the repair manual I can't find any value that say this amount of current should be available at injector grips ! But I don't found any specification for this.
So what is ur take on this ?

But all of these symptoms like oil in air intake, oil in plugs, tappet gasket leakage can also be due to excessive blow-by when the engine is weak. Also, if the PCV is not rattling, you can clean it with carb cleaner and it will start rattling. My car has a metallic PCV and I clean it every 3 or 4 months.

Main symptoms of worn piston rings are oil on plug tips, engine consuming oil, smoke from tail pipe and compression loss. If these are not there then the only remaining culprit is the clogged PCV valve. It's better to replace it instead of re-using it because you never know the health of the inner diaphragm. If however you can open it up and get a diaphragm rebuild kit, that is great. But simply carb cleaner into the PCV valve making it rattle again doesn't necessarily always mean the valve is good. Even bad valves with torn/damaged diaphragm can rattle when shaken.

I cleaned my injectors with a 12 volt, 12 amp sealed lead acid battery. You don't need to worry about the current as long as the time of connection is in the form of split second pulses. However if you are worried about the current, you can always add an appropriate resistance in series in the circuit. That will make sure too much current doesn't flow through the circuit.

PCV valve is closed below 2k rpm I don't thing it has anything too do with idle

It's mentioned in the service manual yara. It is fine initially on idle but as minutes pass by, the idle begins to fluctuate because blow-by gases have no place to go. Here's a screenshot:

So finally, replaced my car's brake master cylinder today with an exact brand new Bosch replacement part. Here is the old cylinder:

This cylinder is OK except for the rubber seal inside. I'm going to replace the inner seal and keep it as a backup in my garage or might sell it to some friend who needs it later on

That's not a very good test imo because if the valve is stuck open, it will still pass this test. Stuck open valve would allow normal flow of crankcase oil vapor to the vacuum source, but it would also allow intake pressure pulses to flow back into the cam/valve cover. In the worst case, this could also allow petrol into the engine cases and petrol has almost no lubricating properties for high-pressure applications such as crank bearings and cam followers. And unfortunately if this happens, say bye bye to your cam shafts.

My car has an aftermarket LandiRenzo kit however i've disabled CNG and my car only runs on Petrol.

You went to ashfaq again so what did he do? I also never switch on ac of my car due to fear of overheating as gasket has gone three times in my case. For the same matter, my fan is direct and not tstat valve. Atleast car is not overheating at all now. My rad needs a change too.

Man get a proper coolant filled in your radiator if its not leaking, you can have AC on atleast for 5 hours continously without being worried if your head is properly repaired, what is this overheating all about during driving in city, where you can hardly drive 100 Km in one go!

Cannot put in coolant as rad is rusted from inside as its on tap water since the first owner. I have to put in new rad

Separate fuel bottle? You can't do it in EFI cars, especially Liana because fuel is pressurized and sent through injectors by the fuel pump and in Liana the fuel pump is with the fuel tank. You will have to mess with a lot of fuel lines and it's better to leave them intact if they are working fine. To measure fuel average, keep two 5 litre bottles filled with petrol in your trunk securely. When your car runs out of fuel, read the mileage on the meter and pour in the spare bottle and drive around. When your car runs out of fuel again, note the reading on the meter. That's your mileage. After that you can use the second spare bottle to reach the nearby petrol pump for refuel.

Alhamdulillah after new radiator, new coils, new spark plugs, new PCV valve and new tappet cover gasket, i've observed MAMMOTH increase in my car's pick and breaking is awesome after new master cylinder installed! Suspension is smooth due to brand new shocks. Runs like a king now. Now it's time to focus on the exterior, FINALLY.

Get you CNG cylinder served aswell oil on CNG kit is a due to oil in cylinder
