Jee Abid bhai ye mashwara mujhe kuch aur logon ne bhi diya hai but ager SIS Kit nikaal ker local lagwa loon tu os ki mileage aur petrol ki mileage almost same he hai phir CNG per chalane ka faida nahi.
Abhi ye SIS Kit mujhe 700 Rs ki CNG mein local per 160+ aur long per 190 se ley ker 230 kms tak ki average de rahi hai... with AC
Ab ye last 3....4 din se is me missing ya jerking ki problem aayi hai

Jo Maine software (ff CNG wala) share liya tha is thread per download karo or laptop se uski setting save karlen

Us extension se sab ff CNG wala hazra fiada huta sakke gae

Jb aap ne liana lee thi me ne jab he aap ko kaha tha k ff cng is something which should be thrown out as soon as possible. Normal cng kit lagg jati hai and it doesnt do any problem. Ab aap ko 3s k chakkar na laganay pren dua kren...

It is very deligate car and you are not keeping it well, if it is maintained properly to masla nai ayega , do below and share results.

1)PLEASE CLEAN/ SERVICE YOUR CNG TANKS AT FIRST,
2)put in new plugs DENSO ik20 and AIR FILTER.
3)RESET UR ECU.

Jee bilal bhai main inshallah ye sab ker ke dekhta hon. Mera mind bhi kehta hai ke plugs ka masla ho sakta hai aur CNG tanks bhi pata nahi kabhi clean howe hain ya nahi

yar abid bhai itny senior hu k bacho wali bat kr rae hain, 2006 2007 me humary mechanics ko electronic cars ki ABC nai pata thi unho na kbi sequential kits hi nai dheki thi wo bus valves and screw sa adjust huny wali kits janty thy how can they understand SIS kits, they are best in thier space they give power kon si CNG kit 120 140 170 kmph tak speed deti hai ? 1300cc me 150 with ac ka average deti ? it need care and maintance to go with SIS kit. convential cng KIT will eat M series engine they are not bust valve tappet type they are shimm engines with DOHC thats make different compression ration ziada hai islie normal KIT is not supported.

Here in islamabad CNG pumps per pressure 180 to 190 he hota hai jis per meri car long per mujhe 190 kms tak ki average deti hai.
Last days Kharrian city me maine CNG dalwai tu pressure 220 se bhi oper tha aur wo CNG 237 kms ker ke finish howi.
isi tarhan peshawar jatay howe Burhan enter change se uter ker pas he Burhan CNG Station se gas dalwai tu wahan bhi pressure 220 se oper aa raha tha. wo cng bhi 231 kms ker ke finish howi tu apki baat sahe hai ke jitni mileage SIS Kit deti hai itni i think local Kit nahi dey sakti.

Yar did not take that pic of head removed it is a full day job, very painful for any mechanic. They keep doing the work and keep cursing suzuki for making the engine so compact that its so hard to open the head and repack it[emoji14]pic of head tighting and shim placement is attached along with of new gasket and old rusted water body. The two camshafts can be seen too at corner.

If one use bad oil (non genuine/khula oil) this area is clogged with grease-type residuals...which accumulates with time.. I have always used genuine oils from genuine dealers and this area is always crystal clear.

its not beacuse of spoiler , Liana is design to cruise at 200 kmph, all you need to put in proper set of tier balance them and power sterring camber adjustments.

Ok so ive been lookin up for egr valve and as per internet the valve has a diaphgram that creates vaccum and makea egr work. In liana this vaccum system is controlled by ecu? Pardon my ignorance

In my car, EGR valve is bypassed. I don't care much about lack of engine gas re-circulation causing excessive emissions as long as my CAT converter and O2 sensor is working well. Plus, in Pakistan, this is strictly an ethical responsibility of the user himself only since there are no restrictions from government that impose any emissions standards on our cars (unfortunately).

Did you replace the cam bearings as well? Whenever I will do this job on my car, I will replace those bearings as well.

I did 180km/h (not proud of it anymore) car was rock stable no vibration etc car was bone stock

Nope...they were fine...or i would have chanhed it..

Mashallah my cars engine is rock solid and extremely powerful still even though i do not care for it much. Even i ignored its oil Leakage and it developed big end sound which i rectified recently and its again zero meter now

I am gonna buy 2007 liana.
Any advice things necessary to check and verify?
How do I make sure the condition of vehicle?
Any senior here to advise about this specific vehicle keeping in View that I am gonna buy for the very first time in my life for me.
