Assalam-o-alaikum brothers. I need guidance about my Liana RXI 2006. The issue is that both my high and low pressure AC lines show temperature within specs when AC is turned on. My heater core is not clogged and I run a company original part number thermostat in my vehicle. The problem is that no matter where my temperature knob is set, my blower only blows out room temperature air. Neither hot nor cold. I recently replaced my blower motor actuator (original Denso part) and it is working correctly. The direction of air changes with the air flow control knob correctly.
I have read in the service manual that there is a flap that controls whether blower takes air from heater side or the AC side and what I suspect is that that flap is either stuck or broken in my car. Any ideas where exactly is that flap? And what controls it? Is there a motor for that somewhere? Or is it hydraulically controlled? @xulfiqar @saboor73 @proverbial_slang
