throtle body ki cleaning honay wali hay or shims ki adjustment honay wali hay.

TB has been cleaned, injectors have been washed. Shims as per a mechanic are ok but i guess need to get it verified from suzuki.

What causes the car to die while driving on heights? Yesterday me and 3 friend of mine went to monal on my liana. At sharp turns and height, the car felt severly under powered. It cant be due to clutch plate cuz engine sound does not change even if i press paddle to floor. The car dosnt reduce oil.i m using 5-30 shell helix and drain after 4ks

Usually a weak fuel pump or a super clogged fuel filter can do this. Check your fuel pressure and if it is towards the low end of specs, it's time to inspect the fuel filter and the pump itself.

You will require a pressure gauge as well as an appropriate pipe fitting that fits your car. If you can get your hands on a fuel pressure measurement kit, that would be awesome. All you have to do then is to connect it between the incoming fuel hose and the fuel rail and check the pressure as the engine runs. Changing the fuel filter can be a DIY job if you have at least 2 pairs of jack stands handy and you can spare a few hours. You will have to take off the exhaust and pull the fuel tank off from under the car. This job can be done relatively more easily with an almost empty gas tank. But if you don't know what you are doing or you are doing it for the first time, I'd recommend that you get this done with the help of a professional.

Go to Suzuki Jan Motors or Kazmi Motors workshop in Saddar next to saffilo.They changed fuel filter and fuel pump and filter genuine Denso for Rs 4500 of my liana and labour for Rs 700 only.And Suzuki which is at Sawan Adda road asked for 5000Rs to open fuel tank and 45000Rs dor fuel pump and filter

Bro its nt easy to open fuel tank of liana at home using jack stands.As i have gone through this process it can be only possible if you a incline at your home or car lifter.

It's not that hard either. All you need is plenty of room under the car. I achieved that by placing two hard wood planks under the jack while lifting the car from front and used similar plank sets under all four jack stands. The hardest part of the job was to take off the jammed fuel lines from the fuel pump nozzles and fitting the tank back with one hand. I had to take help from my dad in that part [emoji6]

I visited sajid autos in gawalmandi and he quoted me ratea as 6600 for clutch plate pressure plate and clutch bearing. I didnt ask for the brand but he was sayin that it is genuine. i need to know if price is ok?,and is there a good mechanic in pindi who can change clutch and preasure plate of liana.i mean who has experience of it. 2ndly would the engine be taken out or clucth plate could be done without taking whole engine out?

I'll update about the price tomorrow as I haven't done a clutch job on my car yet. However, referring to the service manual, you don't need to take the engine out to do this. All that's needed is to support the engine from underneath and taking the battery side engine mount off, followed by clutch slave cylinder and starter motor removal. Then gear cables and reverse light switch needs to be removed followed by inner side axle removal from transmission. Then the entire transaxle assembly will come right out once bolts are removed. The rest of the work can be done after removing it from rest of the engine, outside. Not sure about any good mechanics in Pindi since I don't live there.

Updates: Went to Haji Saeed (Gawalmandi) for steering inspection. No major issues except that it was a bit hard to rotate, especially for ladies. Yes, this car is in family's use. Following the pin adjustment that didn't yield any significant results, the steering box was dismantled for inspection. apparently the pin had worn out and replaced with new/used pin (God knows!), new seals and Dex III fluid. Now the problem is that the steering is either too loose (Literally spins like a bearing with a touch of the finger) or too tight. After several adjustments, it seems to work fine while turning right but kinda locks up and holds on while turning left. In fact, even on a straight run, the steering wheel drags to the left. The culprit could be either the cross or the steering box/new pin. What would be the best way to diagnose?

The sound from the differential is also a bit irritating. Seems like worn out bearings. Just wondering if it is a straight forward replacement or entails a major disassembly of the transmission. The other option is to replace the transmission fluid and add an additive to dampen the sound. Any suggestions?

in case of petrol just plug out the petrol pipe from throttle body and switch on the key ,, and observe if it throws at-least a cup of petrol .. that mean pump and filter is ok.
