Clutch pedal is a bit hard...but gear change is very smooth as ever neither any gear slippage.. What does it mean?

first new dot3 oil dalo flush karo purana gear box k uper clutch lever k pass screw huta ha waha sa open huga and pedel press huta rahega it all get flushed new dot3 dalo and use it few days .. may b your hydrualic clutch got sludge if it fixed then fine else you need to change pressure plates.

If gears are working flawlessly it means the pressure plates are fine right?

One of my friends owns a Liana vurv 2010 model and he's complaining "uski liana bhagti nhi hai and 100 sey oper vibrate krney lagti hai " in comparison with Liana he's also stating that he also has a swift 2010 model which is much better than Liana in terms of speed and pickup.

His Liana is on petrol and swift is on cng but despite of running on petrol, he's saying that his Liana is worst than swift. He got his liana tuned, changed filters but still facing this issue.
I have liana vurv but never experienced this issue. I drove it at a speed of 120 km/h but never vibrated and the speed was good. Also its pick up is good.

Please share your experiences about Liana speed and vibrating issues.

after how many kilometers throttle body should be cleaned? its 10000kms since i've cleaned it but engine is still smooth

Yesterday radiator got leaked of my car. As per my radiator wala the condenser of ac and raditor were rubbing/touching each other which created minor leak in radiator fins over months of usage...i really really hope gasket is not gone again...its was so damn hot yesterday in khi and car managed over 20kms of retuning of my dad and shut off near to home. Dad told me the car's temp needle was almost at H. All due to excessive water loss...radiator's that part successfully repaired, hope pipe changed and Mashallah its back to work ..

Liana and other Suzuki cars are supposed to run with Ethylene Glycol based coolant and not pure water. Water eats up on metal of Radiator as well as water body. Plus, coolant can absorb a lot more heat than pure water can because it has a higher boiling point than water. You should switch to a proper Ethylene Glycol based coolant ASAP if you want to ensure a LONG life for your car's cooling system. My car runs with Zic green coolant (pre-mixed stuff).

Pressure plates have got nothing to do with shifting gears. They are a part of clutch system. If there is excessive power loss despite engine running right or you press the accelerator of your car and engine runs at high RPMs but in comparison to that, your car does not accelerate at the same rate, you have a clutch issue.

Today I again touched 100 and no vibration at all. It was so smooth that I was enjoying the speed.

i drove it 200kmph and 170 on highway is regular for me although have 2007 model LXI all you need is proper tier and aligned suspension .. DOHC engine is design to cruse at high RPMs .....

yaar insanity hay, while driving taking snaps on high speeds. don't do it again. you are risking your life and others too.

your engine will be extra loaded extra heated and will lose Horse power in long,, you can come to me we can check and conclude together

Engine overheating due to excessive friction (as the fibre is finished and now it's a direct metal on metal friction in clutch), bad fuel economy and metal particles produced as a result of metal on metal grinding in clutch could cause other severe problems to your engine. Just imagine the possibilities when a piece of metal breaks off inside a running engine.
