i went to Allah Hoo computerized tuneup center in johar town. Yasim mechanic was there who previously worked with Enercon. He checked the plugs, adjust the ventury hole, some air blockage in the air filter pipe, did some computerised checkup by putting a rod in the silencer and putting some wires to battery terminal. after checking he told that your car is ok in petrol and for cng he did some settings. After all this work car is running more lighter than before. pick is quite better. millage under observation. will update about it soon. overall a nice experience

did he just tuned the car by exhaust and intake values or he also scanned the electrical components of the engine with his scanner connecting it with obd ll port under the dash?

No he didn't touch the obd port. I don't think he got the scanner for that

Forgot to update in here. Got my LIANA Fuel Injection System cleaned by the Liqui Moly Jet Clean Pro-Line unit.
Prior to this my cars injectors were behaving weird. My mechanic suggested me to change them but try to de-oxidize first. After the treatment car's result was awesome on petrol, injectors got clean and started giving response. It saved quite a good bucks for me plus the original injectors are still intact.
Highly recommended for every 50K kms.

Injectors were missing before that. It seemed that emulator is not disconnecting the CNG first as the car was running fine on CNG.
Upon inspection, emulator was fine and cutting of fuel properly. Over Petrol the car response was improper, not giving pick neither stable RPMs over idle.

Procedure was of like 20 minutes. Cost was about Rs.3 per cc of the engine capacity.

Cleaner is intended for workshop professional use only. The person charge you with the service cost of Rs.3 per cc of your engine size.
Procedure is your car's fuel lines are de-attached and it is connected with the Jet Clean unit, and the car is run on idle for 20 minutes or so (in 2 laps) with the special additive/cleaning liquid-mixed-fuel from the Jet Clean unit.
It was an easy job, without dismantling anything in your car, and cleans the throttle body, cumbustion chamber and fuel lines in addition to the injectors.

But I dont think it will be available anywhere else in PK, as I have seen this unit only at my mechanics workshop. The rest of the people instead of using technology prefer to dismantle all the things and replace them if they are not able to handle

this is available in lahore somewhere and has already been discussed on a forum but this works just like injector cleaner some people add in fuel tank but a little abrasive because of which lines are to be disconnect to avoid any contamination occur in fuel tank.
Now i still prefer proper dismantling of the injectors and they should be acoustically treated like ultra sound.
As a second option which is done on your engine,
as third option you may put injector cleaners in your fuel tank but one should avoid it if problems are out of fixity:)

One option which i have in mind for the deep scratches you showed me on your ride,forgot to discuss,sorry.
Get to the painter,ask him to fill up the lines with thin tip brush (whom they call QALAM) then give it time about two three days to proper dry,then go again and ask him to wet sand the qalam marks after that you will need to buff it with a cutting compound when the stains comes closer to mach the paint ask him to use polishing compound,you will be amazed by the results and then put a little wax our it by your self and finally put a synthetic wax over it to seal the previous coats.

Ultrasonic treatment is not available anywhere here in Khi. I haven't seen anyone atleast

Amir bhai is there any way to check gear oil level? reverse gear usually gets stuck which is quiet embarrasing. what could be the reason?

yes zain,you will have to consult either with usman or a skilled paiter like i have heard mush about javed painter near somewhere seven up stop.
I once got done my ex-coure from toyota sahara motors jail road,guy was good but it is about 10 years now;) when i got there.
Gear oil can be checked only on deck,ask some mechanic to get it check for you there is an inspection nut under the gear box,oil should be up to the brinks if you open this nut,thats the way to check it.
well about gear shift lever sticking problem,this can be only checked by opening the gear box and that nasty:(
Among some of the common reasons in gear shift lever sticking is, the lever's lower tip may have become blunt this should be sharp to adjust itself inside the gear rod forks or may be the forks on the selector are a bit blunt they should retain the lever.I am not sure about the particular problem with your car,consult a mechanic,there might be other reasons as cables,gear oil issue etc.
