i am like:S with the head lamps relay,quite often i have had to change it and its again malfunctioning on some occasions.
Any idea about some better stuff,i am sure PS is not giving relay for headlamps:(

I have a similar issue. I had the car tuned but it is still slow starting off from stand still. The tuning mechanic suggested having tappets adjusted as the car has done 40k. I had tappet's on bro's city adjusted and although it became lighter and more stable at idle but it produced a knocking sort of sound. Will it be wise to have the tappet's adjusted or should i just learn to live with the lack of pick up. Also can liana's tappet's be adjusted without taking the head off?

I own a Liana '07 which runs well on patrol however on CNG the pickup is remarkably poor until 2000-2500 rpm, moreover at low rpms around 1000-1500 it gives jerks.
Mostly people suggest that it is a problem of Coils, but I think that should make the patrol performance somewhat poor also.
I 've got the CNG setting done from LandiRenzo and changed the gas filter, morevoer the Throttle body has been serviced as well.
Moreover, the coil resistance of both coils is ok as per service mannual.
Any suggestions please.

they dont take head off rather its just tappet cover.
Waste spark system in liana and baleno is almost alike.
You cant expect the pick as vti or vvti,so live with it you will adjust with the time, if tappets are done already:)

Whats the cost of the gas filter? I have checked a lot from Lahore market but couldnt find one. 3S are asking almost 1600 for the same.

As for your problem. Have they checked the gas pressure from the gas regulator? and connected the gas ECM with laptop for optimal settings, if no get that fixed too.

Yes dear they did the laptop connection with gas ECM & gas pressure has been adjusted from the regulaor, I 've paid 1500 for the gas filter. And they even did the cleaning of gas injectors, there were some metallic particles on it.

The company fitted CNG kit has a separate CNG ECU or ECM instead of conventional advancer, emulator and lambda devices installed in normal efi engines. This kit is by far the world's best CNG kit, same was introduced in new corolla as well.
The only problem is with our mechs who dont have any knowledge to set it properly including our 3S.
