Bhai mera mtlab hai k Baleno Cultus ki tarha flat tappet nahi hotay. Liana have shims. Correct me if i am wrong. Atleast meri liana me flat tappets nahi hain
Hahaha to yun bolein na tapets adjust hotay hain iskay bhi.. But not like your Baleno.. And these tapet adjustment or shim adjustment takes place when engine starts producing tapet noise and when u perform the test of measuring the clearances and if the clearance gets larger you calculate the difference and add new shim to meet that size or adjust the size of any thicker shim to that certain point.. But you're right we don't need it often and tuning term is bogus for such cars like liana which is very appropriately mentioned by you above.

Go for new one coz kabli are repaired ones.....and 350 boots are of very low quality...... mostly they swell after 10000 km ....try to find geniune or else of Acer brand of thailand

I bought Japanese one for my liana but i have my own part sources so I've different story..I got kyb excel Japanese.. And normally aisi condition kay Japanese yahan isb mein nai miltay lete jao kuch din baad leak hotay hain so ye jo banda dhundna hai peshawar ka he's just a phone call away and incase of any issue he sends replacement yoo.

The issue is grease. Cv joints n axles use different grease but hamary log har jagah aik he grease use krty jaty hain. Silicone grease is to be used in parts where rubber boots are used as it dosnt eff up the rubber. Cv joints use CV joint grease but log wahan bhi normal grease use krty .
