Instead of HID, try Osram or Philips Night Breaker series... I am sure you will find the light of these bulbs much better than the one you are currently using... also the best thing about this is that you dont have to fiddle around with the wiring.

Karachi me prices low hain as compared to isb and lhr. So 875 seems alot. But yes if its a like new car then its priceless as such condition car is not available. So yku can think of buying at some 'premium'.
