Liana piece of crap,never ever buy liana

My family has liana since december 2006 and i drive it as well when i am in pakistan and so far there has not even been a single issue with it. Its by far the best car in class especially when it comes to cng consumption. gives me around 200km in one cng fill. others on pw also get very good milage and mine is the ff cng lxi model which is supposed to be the most problematic!
We we had bought it in 2006 we had planned to keep it for 3 years and then get something else but we are so happy with it that we have decied to hang on for a year or may be two years more with it.

^^^i wonder that you even have driven liana ever....and if u have then i think u dun know english cuz crap is surely not wat u can call liana....with the cheapest being in its category and being value for money....

i wonder if its a crap then y do we see increasing sales of liana....cuz the ones who were scared by the honda and toyota lovers have learn from liana owner's about the car and they keep well so they are happy with the car....with the new model out of liana..they have iimproved engine and now u wont see new liana's in workshop often....

Sir my Brother in Law owns a 2006 Liana. He bought it brand new. And from the day it was delivered, there has been not a single month it hasnt gone to a Dealer. It sucks big time. Suzuki Dealerships do not have any part for the third generation CNG kit installed in Liana. If you see it closly you will find a CNG filter on the pipe which runs from the regulator to the electronic gas injectors. The manual says that it need to be replaced at 40,000 km but Suzuki Dealerships in Lahore and Islamabad do not have it in their inventory. The ECU which runs the CNG kit of this perticular vehicle gave up around 25000KMs. As the car had 20000Km wauranty it had to be bought by my Brother for 27,000 Rupees. The Coils of the car in question have been changed three times. The fan belt has also been changed thrice but the squiking sound just dosent go. Suzuki Guys say its manufacture defect. The fan belt of Liana costs 2,700 Rupees Sir.

It also has a cronic problem of misfiring which you will find in almost every CNG Liana which has done 50000+Kms

So I am talking experience when I say that Crap is better than Liana.

In Pakistan there were over 30,000 1300cc cars sold in 2008. Only 860 of them were Liana.

BTW I hope U R not from Pak Suzuki's Liana division.

lol - if a dealership tells you their product is faulty - you can make millions off that statement. and I think you are facing a classic pakistani car owner syndrome - the stealership will overcharge you will a papersheet full of bollocks - any other mechanic will also do that because he doesnt know how to fix it.

2 years se mere pass liana ha model 2007 2 sall m ama ne us par 60 hazar laga chuka ho srf engine pa ye ghatiye tareen gari ha dunia ki...laina is totally loss of money.time,energy

liana se behtar cultus ha liana jesi ghatiye gari nahi.ma ne sirf ye gari features ki waja se li aur wo bhi kisi kam k features nahi abs bhi koi khas nahi .bas ma is se jan chorana chata hoon.liana rola dene wali gari ha.suzki shiittt company.i will recommend u never buy liana

first i knw people who own n drive liana for last 3 yrs......no complaint from thm.....over hr i think it is the way u drive n use the car.....btw whr have u used this car for last 2 yrs n how many people have actually driven this car....be honest

second features r not everything......u have to have some common sense.....i had cultus for 5 yrs whn i was in pakistan.....it was awesome ..baleno was god as well

liana is no doubt in that the greatest phuddo car in suzuki history ...the biggest flop and just a khachra...
all bove people who are in liana's favour... unhun nay apni aanken band kii hue hain coz they own this crap and about me i kept it for a year or son sold it after the engine siezure...u know y engine seize of just 28k driven car coz of radiator in pipe was suddenly raptured while driving on motorway at... mar mar k 120 speed
soooo u can see the standered of suzuki... n specially their as they sy luxery car....

Lolz. Few months ago i was planning to buy Liana. But so many people have advised me not to go for it. Finally i got gli09, so thanks to em who had restricted me not to buy Liana. I was about to buy Liana VurV. 1180k was the price with lots of features i.e. Key less entry, ABS, Alloys, extra speakers etc side skirts too were present. But i think these are all temptations provided by Suzuki. BTW most ov the people got Lianas in huge discounts. So they must be lacking in sales that`s why offering huge discounts on Zero cars. Have not seen more then 2 Liana Vurv on roads so far in 2009 since the time it had launched.

I have 2006 model of liana since that i did not spent even a single peny on its engine its depend upon ur drive its drive is much better than City

I used liana and found it great. I drove it with five members in car on cng with bags in boot via kashmir highway(express way) to murree and beat all types of car on road. This is a great car.

i have liana rxi in cng for over 2 years and it still is amazing,u just have to tune it in about two months and it drives very well,i dont see any errors in it.as other members said,its how u drive and take car of it.

I have been keeping Suzuki Liana for past 4 years a long with Honda City 2007 and Toyata Corolla GLI. Liana is a very good car with best company fitted CNG. People don’t like Liana for following reasons

1) 1) Shock Absorbers have been designed to give it a sporty feel.
2) 2) People don’t like the shape
3) 3) Once you sit in Liana then it gives you a feeling that you are sitting on Top of double Decker and driving the car.

If you don’t have these problems then I would recommend you that it’s the best car available with best price in the Market. Due to above reasons the market value is not very good and if anyone is interested in buying a second hand car who has a lesser budget then I would recommend him to go for Liana.
