Suzuki M engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
liana produces 68 kW (91.2 hp) @5,800 rpm correct this
and is 2NZ-FE DOHC engine?
well xli is heavier than liana, secondly liana got a better gear ratio. I have a liana, i have driven my friends xli, i feel liana has got more power at high rpm's specially when it crosses 3000 rpm it feels like you are being pushed in the seat, xli has more torque its better on low rpm's. torque ain't the only factor
diesel have very high torque's but poor gear ratio's and less power at high rpm's.
well practically if there is a race between liana and xli, xli will lead till liana crosses 3000rpm(in every gear)
i dont know what happens to liana after it crosses 3000-3500 rpm maybe its because of its dual over-head head cam engine. As dohc engines are more efficient at high rpm as compared to sohc engines.
