Check this one of my friends 1.5m car gone in hell, just because of HIDs, so its better to avoid HIDs.

so what about you are within speed limits and you get blinded and go over road shoulder and where there are hardly any crash barriers.. car goes down into a ditch or falls off from a roadway on mountain range into a valley???

well that's what We are talking about .. you get blinded by an on coming guy with "ACHE EYE DEVICES".. No one has right to blind others and put them in un safe position. Why cant that guy ( with Ache Eye DEE" be sensible?

not just hids but mostly high beams it is
i dont come across tht many hid guys but high beam lights
i always switch to low if i am on single road or in street n a car comes from front where as just the other day on very narrow road a car was coming from front,i was on low,he was on high,i even gave dipper but nothing then i think why my hid wasnt powered up to blind this idiot

when road condition is like this, then car must roll over when some one make you blind, even if you are on 20km-ph, n same happen with my frnd.

from last 3 days,every damn time i am on low beam since i started using only low beam but on this single road (service road) cars coming from front always have high beams making me blind, be it some jdm, corolla,city or like today it was reborn,so i also shift to hid high beam then in anger though when i came in a street i did shifted to low beam but for that road kept it at high then n most of the oncoming drivers were already on high wid exception of one who was giving me dippers but what can be done

But those which come factory fitted, like in Premio and Mark x....they are not that much annoying, are these HIDS too ??
I am driving a Mark x , they also have this light but this does not make the other driver blind i mean it is not annoying.

I'm honestly sick of car's with HIDs, specially in high beam.
I've bought a pair for my car now. Sadly, it isn't 'double point', and there fore cannot be used in either of my cars. They're going to my cousin soon. Any other way to flash these :@ with HIDs?

Just turn them off and on- It makes it more painful for the person. Why?
Your cornea contracts according to light- So when it's dark, your pupils gets bigger to allow more light in and contracts when there is a lot of light, just like Aperture in Cameras.

So, when you're behind an idiot who just overtook you by flashing his HID's like a crazy maniac, get behind him and keep flashing at intervals for over a 1 sec- Just enough time for the Pupil to start expanding due to less light, then contracting again because of your HID's. Payback time Biches.

I have been in such situations a couple of times, and it becomes 200% dangerous while on a bike, using rear view mirrors. The problem is not just the bikers, but the cars as well using high beams and that dreaded (china/ghatiya quality) HIDs. Everytime i spot one of these on the road, i want to either kill them, or somehow Report them ... Unfortunately, i have no idea where can i report them. 1915 only serves as the "helpline" for city traffic police lahore
