Police keeps on giving just tickets to people who are using HIDs but the government is not taking any action to ban them or stop their imports.

Saw a douchebag in mehran driving with hids and high beam. Asked him to atleast lower the beam and he replied "niklo" with attitude. Waited for him to come in front of me and then i chased him with my high beams on. Could see that he was annoyed with my car's lights. Never felt so satisfied with using high beams before.

Lol. What do you mean you "chased" him? I think you meant you just followed him very slowly. Unless of course you were on foot, in which case "chase" would be appropriate.

Use of such lights increasing day by day and now some idiots are using them in Bikes.Something should be done in this regard.

My aunt who lives in england is visiting and after seeing every 3/5 cars being driven with high beams and/or hids she told me that in england if on city roads you are caught with your high beams on, thats an offense that gets you three points on your license. This should be implemented here as well.

One more thing that annoy many including me is people following you with high beam or HID lamps. They can drive a man mad. When I had blacked out rear window it was fine but now I removed the tint it is just madness. However there is a trick. I slightly tilt the rear view mirror upwards from the original correct position and there is a reflection of the road and cars behind. I can see perfectly well what's behind and I don't get blinded by the imbeciles behind me with high beams.

Your talking about the adjustment in the rear view mirror??? Which is when pushed mirror comes forward and you can see back from roof because of reflection.

Yes the rear view mirror. You can have it in the normal position which shows through the window directly in day time. At night just move it just above the rear window so you cannot see the window but the roof and voila there is a reflection. Don't know if it works for sedans. Works fine with hatchbacks and station wagons.
