If you are a beginner and want to do strength training,my honest suggestion would be gold's gym.It's cost is 400 rupees per month,500 rupees deposit.Its open air.I go there too

Golds Gym is located in CLIFTON CENTER .. above sony center ... but i think its closed, i am not sure, but i used to go there 5 years back and it is really cheap in term of fees. 500 rs only i guess...

yer u r looking for a budget gym, and i dont know of non, life style i found not worth as it was pricey for the limited machinry.....shapes i rememeber was awsome but then again the location is a bit out, but still if the enviornment is good it is worth it.

i used fitness first for 1 year in colombo it is simply the best, and im sure paki fitness first will be good too........the original

shapes is awesome among all i used to workout there bunch of nice people but for somehow i left due to my injuries but was a really nice place to workout and charges are different 5500 was registration when i joined and 3000 per month 2 more packages were available like if you to workout between 7am to 4pm 2100 monthly is the fee and the other was 10am to 2pm and that was for 1400 per month and i think there is another gym in khadda market defence the name of the gym is get smart gym try that too but mind if i ask you a question why do you want to join the gym ?
