Appreciated. I hope that they do not cut factory wires, rather do it professionally, with the least amount of osaka tape. It's a PITA getting car checked every once a while since nothing is working.

i'll have to check for the wire cutting part. as i have been there but didn't get it installed so can't comment on that. i'll also check if enercon are providing the installation service, they are good at their work.

So, I just gave up and enjoyed Lahore. Had a convo with @ Haroon_tarar, he explained to me the dangers of keeping LPG in Household cylinders, which makes sense to an extent.

so still in pursuit of lpg

what are the dangers of keeping it in domestic cylinder?
i am not going to get it filled in cng cylinder in case if cng situation ever gets improved n also direct fill rate is 140rs/kg so very expensive that way n only one pump here which is 20km one side trip, so will try it in domestic cylinder

1.5k fitting + 4k for 15kg cylinder + 1.7k for lpg = 7.2k

I spent 2 hours searching for proper LPG Kits and mechanics in Lahore, too bad, it was sunday and most shops are usually closed.
Found a proper Tesla Kit- They were asking 10,000-/ for it and 1000-/ for installation. It was a crappy workshop, reminds me of a Junk Yard- Didn't want to install it from there. And, that kit, IIRC, costs like 6500-/ from Tesla directly. Every shop redirected me to some other shop- Chuburji to Mozang and back. I think I crossed the same shop 3-4 times lol.

All right guys, I have done 271Km so far locally and it is still running....
local drive include G6-sader, G6-lalkurti, G6-F11, G6-Chattar, G6-Commercial Market drive....

I got 15Kg cylinder for Rs.1420...
Dont know how much it will cost next time, hopefully i will get it changed with pre-filled one tomorrow.

I hope my car will exceed 300Km on local drive.

yesterday I got LPG kit installed in my car Vitz 2004, make of kit is Tesla and cylinder size is 60L. I got it installed from CNG Link situated on Bhawalpur Road opposite to Miani Sahab graveyard. Whole kit costed me 28k.

Asalam O Alaikum, my drive gave me 540km in full tank with full AC on and intercity. 24kg LPG car cylinder. Got it refilled at 4 number chungi, rawalpindi @ Rs. 110 per kg. 430km done so far and plenty of LPG is still in tank! One prob is I dont get to start the day on LPG (the car will not start) so i use petrol for startup! then switch but anyways .... it is soo cool that i dont get to stand in long queues!! Love LPG SCREW CNG lol

It is carboraeter wali kit and not EFI as my car is non EFI. anyone can help me with the starting problem will be appreciated. thanks

Yes LPG kit has water pipes installed...and the pipes are company fitted TESLA. it shouldn't freeze as per reasoning

and I got LPG filled last Friday. There are two issues infact, one being the starting issue after long engine idling. Second the cylinder has a float valve which makes pretty annoying noises when the LPG reaches a certain level in the tank. My mechanic says he can fix that easily but when the tank is empty (depressurzied). So i got my fingers crossed.

The kit I got installed is Regulator type, its not SIS kit. Actually I had already installed Landi Renzo CNG kit in my car so they didnt have to do anyother wiring or major installation. They just changed kit and cylinder, rest of the piping and conversion switch is still from Landi. They told me that Piping and switches from Landi are far better than the ones provided by Tesla so let them stay as they are. I agreed coz am using this kit for last 5 years and didnt experience any problem. I got LPG filled from PSO Shalimar @ 56 per Liter.
