I want to ask few queations.
I currently own honda civic 2005 vti oriel prosmatic

My car is giving very bad average on petrol so i m thinking to convert it into lpg

1) what is the total cost of lpg kit and cylinder?
2) what mileage i can get on my 1600cc prosmatic?
3)who are the best suppliers of lpg kit and who have knowledge about these things in lahore.?
4) i have heard there is freezing problem in lpg is that true?

Remarks: Re-adjusted setting /decreased gas for better average.
After decreasing gas feeling the vehicle more smooth with better pick-up, engine noise also decreased. Hopefully next average will be 22-24.

From where in fsd did u get the settings i.e., hw s ur mechanic? i have problems with my car lpg settings so i want to get it checked by some gud mechanic?? Also from where u get it filled?

I just want to get some expert opinion about conversion of cng vehicles to lpg. U all know current situation of CNG availability. i do have suzuki alto 1000 cc with factory fitted CNG Cylinder. I just want to know
1- What is fuel cost comparison between petrol and LPG? is it same like CNG And Petrol?
2- what are possible disadvantages of conversion of vehicle to LPG?
3- What alterations are needed to run vehicle on LPG?

1. Fuel cost of LPG is 120 Rs per KG, I am getting around 24 Kms per KG on 1300cc margalla in Rawalpindi-Islamabad
2. Not really, you can get CNG filled in your cylinder anytime.
3. No alterations are required, all you need is to adjust the gas from the gas adjuster nut and install hot water pipes which will circulate radiator coolant in your kit which will prevent the gas from freezing.

Use good quality spark plugs such as Platinum or laser iridium with good quality spark cables (8mm Silicon Wires), you will get more than your expectation. I am getting around 24 Kms per Kg in 1.3 liter G13BA Margalla with 30-40% AC

1. I think there are some guys near LPG filling station in Lahore, you can contact them or either contact Tesla office.
2. Milleage varies on number of factors such as driving style, AC usage, traffic situation and mainly maintenance of your filter, spark plugs, cables, grounding etc.
3. Problem of freezing could be sorted out by installing hot water pipes.

LPG Mechanic No. 0311 4146110 (Shahid)
Both are sitting side by side near Nishatabad.

Hot water circulation system is already installed in Alto 1000cc factory fitted CNG vehicle. You will have to adjust (decrease by tightening) only supply of gas from that big copper nut.
