Im using Honda Civic VTI 2005 manual , and i inserted 10w40 shell oil in it , but in 3000 km's the oil is now low on guage , it is below mid of second point, so what should i do and should i change engine oil brand or its ratio ?
take it to a workshop for compression test. PCV test,. without compression test 'fatwa' to swap engine is useless, if at all engine has failed 're-build' with oem new parts is the best solution. engine from scrapyards are highly unreliable, waste of money.

a German product not known in Pakistan. It must be landing in Pakistan via some Gulf dealer. Check from importer if it is bulk drum import repacked in chechawatni or wazriabad, locally (then stay away) or retail packing is imported (take the chance once). I'd suggest snap picture of packing with bar code and cross check from OEM

The only addition in SN Plus is protection against LSPI in turbo charged GDI engines. If you don't have GDI engine, then there's no benefit of SN Plus over SN.
its not turbo charged but i thnk GDI as it injectors are directly connected to engine block and not intake manifold.
Which vehicle do you have?
Its vitz with 2SZFe engine.
It's MPI based engine, not GDI

Both are safe to use and SN Plus have no benefit over SN spec for non GDI engine
