NOW kindly explain this why 10w30 has a wider temprature range in positive temprature side while 5w30 dosent
If they posses the same properties at operating temptature then shouldnt the operating range be same in positive side
Just curious?

the recommendation table in every vehicle user manual is for cross reference only., user has to determine the operating conditions and select lubricant accordingly.

when outside temperatures are soaring to 45C after daily run, if you park vehicle at night ... to start again at 8 am in morning the SUMP temperature is never below 10C ... [ during summers ]

i did this test randomly during ramzan shareef this year in Karachi, at fajr the oil temp was 12 C measured via ifra-red thermometer inserted through dipstick slot

Yes thats for the low temp side
I am talking about the operating range for the warm side thats what should be same
I have checked manual of grande its still the same story
I was curious that maybe mr all you need to know about lubricants can tell me something about it well @euroloilpakistan whats your opinion about it

No this chart shows a different story from the one posted above
In this chart 5w30 has a wider than the 10w30 in the positive side
And 10w30 is only thicker in cold start at operating temprature they posess the same properties

THE viscosity at any temperature .. It is simply a color defined lubrication blending grade table

correct but 5w30 is thin it can cause engine damage yes if your are in low temperature it's useful there.

5w30 dosent cause engine damage
It flows quicker than 10w30 oil lubricates engine faster
Unless engine has worn out piston rings and the oil leaks into the cumbustion chamber
There is no damaging of engine oil brother
My city idsi has clocked 150,000+ still using 5w30 fully synthetic all year round engine still is in perfect condition all you need is timely oil changes

If an oil company sells the same grade and viscosity oil, why would their be a difference? For example, total quartz oil made my engine idle smoother, make less noise, and reduced vibrations as compared to Shell Helix.

Shell 5w30 is a semi synthetic motor oil
While total 5w30 is fully synthetic motor oil
Also shell is locally blended and total is imported from singapore only the 5w30 one

Yes thats why i only change it from havoline oil change shops mentioned in their website
