5w.30 ڈلوایا ہے
20w.50 use کرتا رہا ہوں
فرق پڑتا ہے فاٸدہ یا نقصان

I have Nissan Dayz (highway star) 2014. 62000 driven.
Don't know much about cars.
Please advise on best engine oil and gear oil.
Also suggest good experienced mechanic for this job in Karachi please.

i have 2011 model Suzuki Cultus 115K driven i went to mechanic for gear oil change they suggest me to not change the oil he said " jitna porana oil hoga utna thick oil ho ga" so old oil is good for gear ... is it true logic or should i change it if change recommendation then which gear oil is good for it

1- Change the mechanic immediately.
2- Change the Gear / Tranmission oil at 40,000 km interval. 75W/85 (API GL-4) is to be used of any good brand.

Dear friends i have just purchased Suzuki Cultus 2011 model 115K driven previous owner is not confirmed wot exactly oil it was used before as he said might b United 20/50 but still confusion so i need expert opinions which oil should be used please

It is better to get your drain old Engine oil, do engine flush with flush oil, then add New Engine Oil Zic X7 10w40 Fully synthetic with new Guard Oil filter & Air filter.

Then also flush your radiator and after flushing, add Toyota Coolant (Purchase only from Toyota 3s dealer directly)

Similarly change your gear oil and buy Suzuki Gear oil from Suzuki 3s Dealers.

your passo have 1KR_FE engine use only 5w-30 or 0W-20
buy a genuine product from reputed shop/ There is a mobil, havoline & shell outlet for lube changes in Islamabad kindly use google to locate and pay a visit.

Please give me recommendations for the oil for my Toyota Revo 2019 1GD.

Any good 5w30 oil with API CF is my preference. Has anyone used Castrol 5w30 or PSO Carient 5w30 in Revo or Fortuner engine?

In terms of 5w40 and 10w40, what would be the better alternatives?

This is true. Some amount of engine flush remain in the engine. It's better to drain it again to avoid thinning of new oil

I have cultus 2010 model and using the same oil that you recommended him zic 10w-40 from i think 4 years till now,around a year ago i read here on forum on some other thread that this oil is not recommended and not good for older engines as their API rating is newer like SN+ or SP which has less ZDDP as compare to old oil rating like SG and SP rated oil or newer are not good for flat tappet engines but for some reason i didn't care about it in my last oil change i thought its been great uptill now so chalne dou jaisa chal raha hai but now my car has reached 130k MA its been maintained timely so what do you recommend should i keep using the same zic 10w40 fully synthetic or i should move towards old Api rated oil just because of ZDDP,Engine is in perfect condition MA,No issues of any sorts like oil burning or anything else been maintained timily,T-valve is installed and fan is still Auto and Using ZIC coolant,So i do care about maintenance and stuff,So whats your recommendation should i still go for Zic 10-40 or move to original suzuki one 20w50 Api sg or something else?

No that high zddp requirement is for Cultus old model (Carby version) and ideally SG should be used, if not available then go for SH or maximum SJ can be used...

ZIC 10w40 comes for Older Carby Cultus.
ZIC 10w40 comes for Cultus efi version.

X7000 and X7 comes in zic 10w40 Fully Synthetic these are 2 Zic versions for required zddp

You have newer efi version so your choice of oil is correct. No worries.

Im using Honda Civic VTI 2005 manual , and i inserted 10w40 shell oil in it , but in 3000 km's the oil is now low on guage , it is below mid of second point, so what should i do and should i change engine oil brand or its ratio ?

take it to a workshop for compression test. PCV test,.
without compression test 'fatwa' to swap engine is useless, if at all engine has failed 're-build' with oem new parts is the best solution. engine from scrapyards are highly unreliable, waste of money.

Now car has reduced 1 litre after 5k km
Its driven total 90000 km
Mechanic changed the oil to addninol 5w30 now
Is it safe to go for addinol as i think its a fresh entry in market
