In my view NOT all of the posted pics are riced but some just need a little bit of additions or adjustments and one of the blue car with white paint strip is pretty good and not even indecent. I personally like that one because the owner modified it as one may have done in the actual 'Most Wanted' game and any ways the paint is looking eye catching to me.
I do agree that some people with out any second thought would put any thing on/in their car just to make sure that they have 'Modified' their car, but actually they spoil it a bit or more.
Not every one is a car freak, in fact it was a time that I also used to like such cars with out any confusion of displeasing sensation.
People use to watch racing movies, observe the cars and finally some expresses their love for the sporty cars by doing such modifications on their cars.
The point is 'Do they really love their car(s) ?', if yes then it's okay and is just a presentation of their love and we all know love does not requires any hard or fast rules, but if no then it's just for public attraction with out any second thought.
