if you mount a solar panel and install led 12 v lites inside and managing the electrics with that with separate battery then it would be and awesome camper thingy

It was my first caravan .If any body is interested.I can help to make one .If some body is interested I can build according to the specs (customized). Friends we all go for hang out some where ! why can not we take our own home with !!!
I go for hunting ,fishing ,rallies,or to the mountains with the family And believe you me it is a great fun !!!!

what is the legal status of this caravan? and do u have to do some paperwork to haul something like this on the roads in PAKISTAN....

There is no prescribed legal requirement that I know of but it would be good to have working indicators and brake light on the trailer. Some reflectors on the back of the trailer plus the sides would be good too

kindly mention total cost as well as break-up cost.Actually i want to build for my car in Karachi for my upcoming 3-4 trips but after that i have a plan to make it available on rent/lease if possible.
I would like to calculate & estimate rent/lease accordingly

Chemical toilets are the efficient solution. They are used in campers and RV's all over. One can also design a waste tank but it would need to be emptied in a proper place. Likewise there can be a tank for grey water. In proper camping grounds there are places where the grey water and other wastes can be properly pumped out. Alas it is going to be a while before such a set-up is available in Pakistan so chemical toilets would be the solution for the un-scheduled calls of nature. For all else, park close to a wooded area.

The towed caravan campers are low bed & are allergic to cross country . Likewise if towed by car their move is restricted to clear able tracks only even if pulled by high axle vehicles the low bed causes problems. Seldom one finds parking places on recreational spots especially bussy hill stations where roads have parking issues. These can be addressed if caravans are mounted on high bed 4x4 vehiles, mini trucks , self propelled highly maneuverable .

Agreed. however raising the center of gravity to achieve clearance would have its own issues like stability on the highway and cross winds. In a towed camper there are only the axles that would scrape the ground so if the driver is mindful of the fact then it should not cause much distress.

Well in areas of punjab can low bed caravans are brought to a place where 4x4 is engaged to negotiate the normal topographical features, seems to be very challenging , hence caravans are good for farm houses linked with roads or beaten tracks

there are always limitations as to where you can take the caravan. For all other places a self propelled RV would be required.
