An excellent project. Please do pat your back for me. A lot of people just talk and 'think' about such projects but you have actually done and tested it. Bravo! I think its time to move on to the second model, improving the aerodynamics and the looks. This one is quite functional but still looks a bit 'boxy' Maybe a combination of Aluminum and fibreglass gives you the required flexibility in design. You can also consult the bus body builders for tips. The modern bus bodies are built using a lot of fibreglass (as a matter of fact the complete front and back is fibreglass. I saw those for sale on Bund road somewhere as I was driving one day) You can surf the net and get some ideas to incorporate in your designs. I would like to meet you to discuss some plans of my own including design and fabrication of a tow hitch for my VW bus.

btw i have seen some 12v compressor's for fridge what they do is ,they simple change ur old fridge compressor to this 12v one..might be useful for you i guess.. just my 2 cents..

As far as the fridge is concern I got a fridge for that caravan which runs on 12v +220v ,n LP gas too it has no moving part like compressor fridge has !!

was thinking of getting one made but our plan was to ise container instead of fabricating the whole body

If you are really interested in using container, than make a caravan of it and buy a truck and mount on it.

For that u also need a HTV license + a lot of diesel to move around

My Advise:
Use light colours in the interior to gove an open and bigger look. (You can use light colour formica/paint)
Simple Exterior colour scheme using light colours.

Thanks bro for the advice ......!!!I m on to it ( lite color for the interior ) should I use some dark border lines ???? or just lite colors only ??? for exterior I had white n golden in my mind what is u r idea for that golden which can go with the car !!!!!! but I could not finalize any thing yet !!

Just use lights colours like White, beige, light grey....
Dont use border lines as it will limit the light colour and will not let it blend.
All light colour will blend togther and the space will look much bigger.

For e.g:

Also if possible try to reduce the sharp edges, corners. Use more curves for cabinets, drawers cupboards......
