So after a lot of being forced from friends and a lot of descision making and lots of wandering around in the market i decided my equipment to go for 17" Alloys with Low profile tyres.

Wheels:Lenso Project D Spec E (Hyper Dark) 17 inch (Thailand)
Tyres: Michelin Primacy 3 215-50 R17 (Germany)

Market price is 70k for lenso but you can get for lower after bargening.
Michelin primacy 3 vaires in price 16.5k to 17.5k depending upon shop. And good luck finding the germany ones

Do you mind giving a brief comparison on both advan db and michellin primacy 3.

The rims look excellent, mashallah. Very nice colour which suits the black paintwork very well.

Don't you think this car looked much better without the mud flaps? I am thinking of removing mine. Why did indus not offer a side skirt instead, I wonder.

Now a question: what's the ride quality difference.. you feel it's a bit hard now or same as before? Or better?

Both are really great tyre and are chosen according to the usage.

Advan db is the most comfortable tyre on the market with zero noise. And there is no feeling of the road bumps to the steering. But its less on the performance side. If you like to drive way too fast and take turns fast and like to get hold of the road this is not the tyre for you.

On the other hand 17" tyres have a problem of being very less fuel economiical plus noisy.
I had option of advan db but i wanted performance with fuel economy with comfort all in one tyre.

Michelin primacy 3 was only tyre i found in market with C rating on fuel economy plus 69db sound. Plus its not too hard not too soft and is also performance oriented

So its an all rounder. Yes the noise is more than advan db a lot more. And yes the ride has become stiff but on 140 i am confident of taking any turn i want to.

Primacy 3 is the best tyre out there in this size. And i got the one imported from Germany. Germans manufacture tyre with high quality rubber. Market are flooded with thailand ones. Thailand ones have cheap rubber.

Well it does not look as bad as i thought it would look because of height. Most grande i have seen look really bad.
I was opting for getting it lowered but after watching it does not really look too bad. I have dropped the idea.

Plus it has become stiffer then before. Lowering it a bit would make it more stiffer

But i am thinking on it. Maybe who knows i get it lowered a bit.

1- not too stiff balky i dont feel a difference. Its not harder tha before
2- road noise increased as advan db is quitest tyre out there. Anything other than that will make noise.
3- yes i feel bumps if i compare to advan db. Advan db is softest tyre out there and it makes u feel nothing. With this tyre i feel bumps but not too much. Its quite softer than what i was expecting
4- umm what if i say it increased. The tyre was lighter than advan db 195-65-15 and lenso alloy was also lighter than oem alloys.
5- braking has improved compared to advan db. Coz adva db was not a performance tyre. But michelin is. Braking is good. I have no complaints that distance has increased. No i have not felt a considerable difference. But i feel brake is good now.

The point is the rubber you are using should be good one. As i got a german made michelin and its the finest quality out theree.

My Altis 1.8CVTi Cruisetronic is just two weeks old, bought it on October 6, 2016 and its driven 256km only. But its coolant level which was midway between low and high at the time of delivery is slowly dropping. Is it normal or what could be the reason? I don't see any leaks apparently!

Perfectly normal mate, owns a same car and happened with mine as well. Surprisingl, I had 100ml of coolant and I topped it to high point. I would suggest you to ask Toyota guys to fill it upto full at 1000km free service
