Not recommended. Waste of money. Rather get projection headlamps and install hids
Sire tell me as I done it with rims to my grande 2015But feeling that all comfort drive and elasticity of bumps absorption gone .Handle becomes hard n car s not taking jumps on bumps rather u r.What's ur experience

Another Update to lights
Led Fog lamps are just fine and provide fine visibility ,However the photum led’s are great and thanks to BI LED on facebook who provided me with these leds , now highs are really good in dark and provide best visibility on long routesAlthough price is a bit higher but compared to hid these give equal light without compromising the safely

Continental Max Contact 5 , 215 -55 R16
Compared to pirelli , continentals are softer , have less noise and almost same grip and stability as pirelli p7 , overall better driving experience than p7

You can use something like this so that no alteration is required
Aftermarket horns have two pins. Connector the original cars horn connector to one pin. On the other pin connect the spade side of this and connect the thimble side of this with the nut used to hold horn which will be used as ground
