Bosch S5 004 62AH battery

Just chaged my fb battery which was rated at 42 Ah to bosch 62ah maintenance free acid battery which is a really high performance battery. ordered this battery from sehgal motors lahore.
changed old battery because i was feeling low power in car startup. but now the car startup has improved by 100%. the gear shifting has also improved a lil bit.

Improvements after battery change :
- 100% improvement in car startup. (previously the self made a little sound due to low power from battery)
- Slight improvement in gear changing.
- slight improvement in horn and lights performance.

Pending improvements in electrical:
- Ground wiring the engine
- Big 3 (alternator wiring)

Installation:
As the dimensions of battery were bigger than the original battery so we had to make slight modification to fit the battery so it does not move. but it was not really difficult to fix the battery and now its fixed and does not move.

As the height of the new battery was lower so had to do slight modification to fix it.

It does not move now and is fixed on its place.

Can u tell me what process they used to clean the glass? as after washing I use glass cleaner on my car glass but it leaves stacks afterwards.

they use nano skin glass cleaner and wipe with microfibre cloth just.

Just recieved a grande a couple of days back.
A few questions on the Entertainment system : (RR-H****...)
- Is it possible to upgrade the android version?
- Any recommended apps/Utilities for the system?
- Any live wall paper that shows as a speed o meter depicting actual speed, not some fancy video.
- I need to change the complete speaker sets. any recommendations? Also, i am thinking of adding two flat whoofers under the seat that come with a built in amp. Like the ones you get in a BMW 7 series.
- Whats the best dongle to keep in car for data connectivity of the system?
- Anyone tried screen mirroring on android? Mine wasnt working .. .even after USB debug mode.

Dear from where you got Advan Db ? Profile same 195/65/r15? for 9250
I called Asad Tyres they said Advan Db will be availble with in few days and they said 8k, and euro star for 18k

Changed the Tyres To Advan DB and filled them with Nitrogen
Sold the Euro Stars for 18k and got advan db for RS 9250 Each. Payed The difference. The nitrogen costed 1k , as it is rarely available in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area people charge too much for it. In karachi where is is available in every corner it costs round about 200.

1: no Updating is not possible unless Indus releases update for it
2: Apps: ES file explorer for transferring media files between phone and car system, MXPlayer for all videos.
3: no idea
4: no idea
5: screen mirroring works with airpin cast app but theres lag and delay between phone and car system so i dont recommend

I heard Yokohama advan dB has less road grip specially in rain what are your reviews. And are these tyres less noisier as compared to others or not?

Well in my exprience i have never experienced less grip on wet roads or in rain. I swithed from dunlops to advan db. Dunlops had very less grip in rain but advan db had a great grip.
I would not say they have less wet grip. Maybe some other tyre is better in wet grip but i wont say this tyre has less wet grip.
Have been using these for more than 60k kms in two cars. In islamabad where it rains every week.

Sound is really really less compared to other tyres

Just drive slowly and with care in first 1000 kms while the tyre takes it place on road.

I have driven my cars on
Yokohama aspec 195/65 R14
Yokohama db 2015/65 R14
Yokohama advan db 195/65 R15
Kumho ecsta 225/40 R17

Among all of these yokohama db and advan db has the best grip on wet, and good grip on dry. As far comfort and noise levels are concerned I drove my cvt upto 200, but I didn't feel that the tyre isn't contacting the surface or there is a loud noise of tyres.
Wet surface? Driven like 150km on motorway in rain, but there was no hydroplane. All I can say that they got the best road grip on wet surface.

Tread pattern defines the wet road grip. One who told you should have worn out tyres

2nd Oil Change and Air Filter Changed Today
