Be very careful not to cause fuel based explosion. Even fuel vapors in tank can also ignite.

sorry friends i was busy in some domestic affairs. and could not reply and for the same reason project remained pending but from tomarrow IN SHA ALLAH i will start to put the compnents on board for soldering, sooon you all will see the pics of completed projects pictures. one more thing i have solved the problem of fuel gauge, now its working fine. but i will complete this project IN SHA ALLAH, and after that some more projects also.

as per latest setting at about 2.5 ltr all lights will go off.

precaution are necessary,
but potentiometer is away from fuel tank, and potentiometer is controlled by float arm.

@farooqian which IC u are using?
another thing is which type of output is used to control fuel gauge, resistance or voltage?
in other words fuel gauge is voltmeter?
