while ur engine light is on take off the left battery wire, Negative one. keep it away from the battery terminal for 10 minutes. plug it back, start the car , n check if it still gives you the Check engine light. it should go away.
My answer may not help you, but do read.
Bro i had same and exact problem in my swift it was JDM 2007, imported in 2013. time to time i was having these check lights, 1st it was the air flow sensor, mechanics were telling me its the map sensor, n few were saying its air flow sensor. when my check light was on, my car was just not moving anywhere and while putting it to R or D it used to get one bad a&& Jhatka, well i changed the air flow sensor n all went ok, after 2 days again, i got the same issue, n i felt what u r feeling right now,
well people in workshops made me change my Map sensor. that again made the check engine light go. after a month i got the same issue again. another air flow n map sensor both changed. after that My AC stopped working, and mai is kay maslay kay peechay hath dho kay par gaya, jab kay mechanics told me its Sun sensor is not working lol. well what i did was i told them to open the ECU and clean it, that was the main issue i was having since the first day. My ECU was creating problems n messing with all the sensors i had, i spent 20k Plus every month on this car in workshops. listen if you are not tracking the problem, just get ur ECU cleaned with that carb spray, my ecu was damaged due to dirty rainy water, i sold that car within 1 year & have experienced every thing of it.
before going into sensors n what sensor to buy, just get ur ECU cleaned. they will charge you 500 rs for that,
1st do the battery trick i wrote in the first line and then get ur ECU cleaned,
still if it gives u the error. you will have to change that sensor. but i dont think us ki naubat aye gi, Allah khair karay ga, do the ecu thing and let us know, my problem was solved by this,
