i dont want to buy promatic cos if u wana instail cng then it gives u problem after 6 moth to 1 year,like its accilater sencer gone week.i bought manual cos pick is nice avrage good,like cheetah ahmad and my some other bro said thy right its serious problem in reborn ,many people complain when we go in work shops.
i had 99 model corrola for nine 9 i never hav any clutch hard problem or clutch plate issue nothing.
but when i come to reborn first issue i saw is clutch plate and sec power pipe.
like my other bro said there is no where to greace it.when i go to honda breeze th only say to change it and giv instruction to drive car like this & tht,bla bla bla.thy never say tht is mafucthering fault.so cany u guys disscuess any one to machnic thy wat thy say about it? yes and one this more when clutch plate gone hard its effect on car race too,gari race zaidha magti ha.

Just check with other people who have the same car. It would be the design of the pressure plate having increased clamping force resulting in a harder clutch pedal. one benefit of having a pressure plate like that is you wouldnt get juddering problems as soon as compared to other clutches.

ITs normal For a manual reborn ,RPM is normal.Clutch is NOrmal for civic u have to do guzara with it or buy a altis or prosmatic.

dont want to buy prosmatic ,luv to drive manual.altis shape and quality less the reborn,i am goin to go tommrow to open its gear box so thn macanic will tell me what thing is makin problm or hard.
as taha tellin manual and prosmatic ha driffrent rpm on speed.if u hav manual with cng thn tell me about its rpm.cos i am realin feelin my car takin lot race as its not needed .jab gari 100 pa jati ha tu aysa lagata ha jay 6 gear mag rahi ho.gon gon karti ha gari .kahna ka matlab gari khul ka nhi chalti hard si rahti ha,

Pressure plate will damage, when using half clutch padel frequently,b'cause plate's fingers hard in high temp, in ur case pressure plate need to replace & also change its release bearing.

Cruse also right it might be we dnt press the fully clutch. But machnic and lot people drive this car say the its mafatureing design fault. Cos i only nt lot people facein this problm.i wish it could b soft like lancer.

lancer has one of the softest clutches ive ever driven on, after driving a lancer, my civic's clutch felt rock hard lol

I dont have a civic but whenever my car's clutch gets hard which usually happens after driving it for long in slow moving queues of traffic; i just try to leave the pedal as early as possible (neutral or in gears), not sure but may be this works for you too. give it a try. best of luck.

Cheeta is rite my czn lancer clutch is just like touch sytm clutch. Did u do anything whn u found ur civic clutch. Did u shows to any one tht wat thy says?

Well the clutch in my civic is fine according to me, im just saying that comparatively to other cars its hard, thats it, but the Op may be facing some other problem!

Hard Clutch padel is caused by pressure plate, change pressure plate then it wud be makhan like.

manual gears on all hondas have the same problem !!! i have an vti oriel reborn manual to but iam not satisfied with its gears...and on the other hand corollas have very soft and smooth gears...
1:gear is very far from driver in reborn
2:when u shift the car in any gear it produces noise...its not smooth... the gears are noisy ...garrrrrrrrrr..

Its same in all manual reborns.This problems exists.Gearing is not smooth and very hard work of hand and foot.

i dont find it to be a PROBLEM actually, had it have been a problem, cars would have been called in or would have made it to the news, its better if we say that they are BUILTthat way, fair enough? Gear shifting is smooth, you just need to get to know your car better, its pretty torquey, that is why it takes a little time to set your foot and hand accordingly!

i dont find it to be a PROBLEM actually, had it have been a problem, cars would have been called in or would have made it to the news, its better if we say that they are BUILTthat way, fair enough? Gear shifting is smooth, you just need to get to know your car better, its pretty torquey, that is why it takes a little time to set your foot and hand accordingly!

But It takes very Hard Work of Hand And Foot .Which is not Comfortable for major traffic use in City especially.
