I have a good childhood memories associated with this mazda model.
My father had the Mazda 1500, in the early 80s. I remember it was one tough car. I remember one particular incident, when my dad was comming back from the Islamabad Airport from the Night Shift, as he worked with PIA as an Engineer.
On the way back, a Donkey hit the car, or as my dad said, it was some Strange Creature that looked like a donkey - as that creature got up after the accident and started running.
The car, had the left side of the Bonnet slightly dented, but otherwise, it took the hit pretty good, any other car could have lost the most of the front end, easily.
This car will always remain in my memory as one heck of strong and a real Hard working car. As it can take alot of abuse and still keep running strong.
