No sir, the only down side i have in this scenario is that i have committed the "sin" of openly admitting that car belongs to my car so sue me for my "biased" attitude.

the guy DOES NOT wants the pictures to be on PW for now, once things are under control you can have them printed on your shadi card for all i care.

Nope if his asset is on a public place public road then i dont think he has any right to do that.

if its is his garage and someone sneaks out the pictures then yes it can be removed.

Sorry but you guys are wrong, correct me if i am wrong but if someone takes my picture without my permission and it is published on internet without my permission than my dear friend i can sue the poster since it is against the law

if someone takes your picture(with intention of making you look bad or with bad intention and that captures only you) yes then its not right.

Eg like you are sitting in a hotel or something.

but if you are at some public place like a auto show and some one take a picture of a car and you are standing with the car and you come in the picture then you cant do a thing about it......

Now another example its that someone takes picture of your car parked in a public place you cant do anything about it. whither your car is wrecked or not wrecked.

YES there is another thing that you can say that this picture was taken BY you and the poster has copied this picture from your profile(face book twitter etc). then it will going to be removed(you have the right to sue him her)

We were at the scene when this happened, so lets put it this way, annoying, idiotic bystanders TOOK this picture despite us telling them not to.

So its not a consensual picture because

a) We did not consent to the people standing taking pictures
b) We told them not to yet they still did
