type E has a 5 speed or triptronic option, the rpm is limited to 7500 and the rims are smaller also it doesnt have two tone leather interior

the type S on the other hand is a 6 speed manual only, rpm is limited to 9000 and it has 18" rim tyres along with a two tone leather interior.

two tone leather interior is also available in type E. it's an option for any type of rx8.

type S is 6 speed manual with approx 250bhp

type E is 5 speed manual or 4 speed auto with approx 190bhp

6 speed auto type S is available in states, but not in japan.

sunroof, leather interior, bose sound system, 18" alloys etc are all options available on both type E and type S. main difference between type E and S is the power.

Poster's RX-8 is in f**cked up condition as the clutch is not genuine (wonder how many times replaced?) and it's obviously a car that has been abused in racing and what not. I have seen videos of this car on youtube drag racing around Karachi. However the poster's demand is reasonable for what it is. Some love and care is what this RX-8 needs to restore it back to original/genuine condition.

im not an expert when it comes to checking out the car's condition but yeah this 1 looks as if it has been abused alot on tracks.

hello fellow pakwheelers, i saw this car few days back, drove it, had the power, gave me the thrills, but that was when it actually started to literally move, stopped reving, had to rest something fromt he battery? im quite near to purchase this car, any ideas on this problem of not reving? cheers for the replies
