Thanks and Congratulations for the new ride.

Very much possible as till last week the delivery for 1.6 was May 2015 for Islamabad dealerships. Now it's close and don't know for which month's quota will be given to Islamabad. Initially 1.6 was available readily, but huge motorway order came in.

Also many 1.3 Auto Gli customers cancelled their bookings and booked 1.6 as in just 200,000 difference they get 1.6 dual vvti, alloys, dvd with reverse cam and option of Super White colour.

Yes that was done even before the corolla was sold. Delivery in April.

So, Altis 1.6 start to fetch customers.

Checked today gli auto 2014 december own/premium demand by toyota walton is 1.6lac final at 1.5lac and 2015 model own will be 2.25 expected as it was on launch time's so altis 1.6 2015 model will have 1lac own possible 

How can any one pay this much premium esp 2.25 for GLi auto , even 2 lacs is too much
Its better to wait for 4 , 5 months
Its a really nice car but in 1857 plus other required expenses
Not a good purchase in 2057 plus other expenses registration etc etc
Even paying 1 lac for 1.6 will be a stupid thing to do ..
The car was launched almost 7 months back still this much Booom ...

The main negative point about Reborn is that its OLD now
That shape came here 9 years back
But still a well maintained Reborn is a pure Beauty
The same is the case with Accord CL-9
Hard to find a clean one
But a well maintained CL-9 still turn heads even after 12 years !

Since i have used both Reborn and Gli Auto
Here is what i Think ..

Both have outstanding and gorgeous shapes
I really love and like New Corolla more than even 8th gen civic

Reborn was really hard
Uncomfortable for our roads
Fuel guzzler
not so comfortable seats and not a good choice for a daily driven family car ..
Corolla is very spacious
Has a much better suspension and smooth soft ride
Grip both are equally good
Fuel avg is better in Gli
Obv theres no comparison in acceleration reborn with that roaring engine will smoke it badly

Reborn was a very different sedan ..
Excellent for modifications body kits etc
For daily family use not a good choice ..

but Reborn had class leading feautures which we dont have in 9th gen civic and 11th gen corolla

dual exhaust pipe loved it !
Organ type accelerator pedal
rear reading lamps both sides
Beautiful curvy interior with beautifully placed and designed gear lever and handbrake

What is the quality of these chrome pieces? Have you seen them?

Quality is just ok
These chrome pieces are of stainless steel ..
Looks just average not some high quality stuff ..

However the full chrome grill that i saw in market was of really high and good quality

And will buy grande soon IN SHA ALLAH.
But as ahmad bhai sold his fully loaded and hot civic just for a 1.3 corolla.
I knoe corolla has soft suspension better fuel economy etc etc but again civic is a another class

You definitely missed some of the earlier posts where i shared my new white Corolla Gli 1.3
I never sold my Civic for a Corolla ..
I bought this gun metallic corolla after selling swift then
After 2 months we got manual gli booked for some investment and earning some profit / premium

I gave Civic to my dad and started using new corolla as my daily routine car ..
Later on my parents decided to keep new corolla ( which was booked for premium basically )
So i was having 3 big sedans in my small garage lol
Finally sold my civic ..
Civic's sale has been damaged badly this time after new corollas launch ..
It took me so many days to get a good offer ..
No one was giving offer of more than 20.5 to 21
At one stage i gave up and again thought to sell Gli manual at profit but then got a really good offer for civic and immediately sold it warna kal ko 19 ki jati ..
Civic no doubt has top notch quality as compared to corolla
but this new civic 9th gen lacks that charm civic always had ..
The car feels soo light and has poor road grip at 140
even at 120 it has poor road grip as compared to 11th gen corolla
Reborn without any doubt was the best Civic ever and i miss my Blue Max sometimes

Most of the time people here have biased views
After spending so many lacs naturally they start acting like that
I am not targeting any one here but its a fact and you can see that in corolla or civics official threads ..
Whatever i share here is based on experience and not my personal liking ..
Altis and grande are obviously better variants but that doesnt mean gli auto is bad
And most of the members here just keep degrading it without even using it
Recently one of our member asked me for 0 to 100 video of gli auto
And after watching it he was saying that its not bad at all like what other members were saying in corolla's thread ...

8th gen. Is very very hard for our roads. You know what I'm talking about, Corolla ya kissi Aur gari ko chalana reborn ko chala kar feels like weight taken off from your shoulders. But once you get on a straight road this car is a treat to drive. For me old shape is not a problem, Even Indus Corolla looks fantastic.

Bro once you have driven it for 1000 kms and after first service , kindly find some safe road for 0 to 100 testing
And make 0 to 100 video of 1600cc in D ..
It would really help fellow pakwheelers in deciding ..
I already did that even before 1000 kms few months back and that really helped many pakwheelers in deciding ..
