Ahmed just to let u know tht day my friends A3 had knocking problem which i told him as hes not expert in A3 2ndly u forgot i have civic 1.5T and i did check wit him later and the result was opposite of ur raced. Then i called another friend who also got 1.5T civic and it was same result like my civic, khair i did ask u to re-race again as his car was having problem tht day and i hope we do race again

Knocking usually comes when you suddenly accelerate from low RPM not usually when you start from stand still with full throttle
It even occured in my turbo twice with V power but its just some khirr khirrr sound as if there is some impurity ( kachra type feeling ) but car accelerates well
We had 4 runs actually and I dont think everytime he had faced that knocking
Even at that time he was saying mere paas ap k tank se ziada fuel hai , acha aap ne v power dala hai us se bhi farq para hoga a3 mein v power nae hai lol
And later on pata chala V power to infact is bad for 1.5T
And about racing again I have no issue but as i said when someone is at a mission to prove someone wrong he might go for some jugaars to satisfy the ego ( no offense )
I dont no if he still has same stock engine without any mods , even you told me that day Its difficult and almost impossible to figure out if A3 has some modification or not
Lol at i forgot that you have 1.5T .. no sir I know that you have 1.5T and tuned A3 as well MA SHA ALLAH
But even you werent happy with the result that day , atleast me and my friend we both noticed that Audi LOVER ( SELF EDIT ) and your friend both werent happy
Obv when someone spends so much ( around 45 lacs ) on a little entry level luxurious sedan like A3 he wants it to be better and faster than other non luxury and ordinary brands like toyota honda
And by the way how much was the gap ? A3 will def have edge over 1.5T in more than quartermile run as 1.5T will not go above 207 ( it has limiter as well ) and A3 will even do 240+ and from different videos at youtube A3 accelerates faster than 1.5T at higher speeds above 150
And how is the traction on your civic ? Which tyres do you have ? And ap k friend ki civic pe konse tyres hein ?

Look like u got upset on wat i wrote, first of all its A3 not civic 1.5T jiska ka knocking zaroori nahi same ho i know coz i m telling from my personal experienced and tuning many cars from last 15 yrs. He had no clue about knocking issue until i drove his car also he took his car next day to Audi workshop where i spoke to mechanic and he told me there was too much carbon on his spark plugs. Khair i know 2 guys in Punjab one in lhr and one in Isb they all had check with civic 1.5T and the results was A3 1.8T won even on quartermile let alone race upto 200kph. That why i asked u to re-raced but u kept saying tht my friends is making excuses coz he has lost, which i ageed he lost but why are u getting frustrated and keep asking 100 questions like his car is perfectly fine or tune. If u dont want to race then say "no" itne lambi story likhne ke zaroorat nahi.
i got 17inch with dunlop dirrezza and friends got stock rims, FYI tires wont do big difference unless u r fully modded. We tried drag and roll-on races 6 times. Like i said before drag races usually end at the quartermile A3 and civic 1.5T speed is around 150-160kph not 200+kph. Not all luxury car is fast as civic 1.5T as u know i have beaten merc E250cgi as well
P.S my civic 1.5T is also knocking not from sudden accelerate but on low rpm like 2-3k rpm

A3 1.8 vs civic turbo.
A3 gives 3-4 car lenghths to civic till 170 and completely smokes it after. Why the results are so contradictory. Innocent bhai ne lagta hai koi secret chip lagwai hui hai 

Even i thought koi secret chips lagaye hogi khair its my fault i didnt check his engine tht day wen he raced my friends A3 ...joking....i know Ahmed civic is stock and he wont lie to me or everyone on open forums, it was bad day for my friends A3 and lucky day for Ahmed civic

The Leather seats are really nice actually .. nice fit and finish looks great and very practical to use.. many ppl dont like the OEM leather package i agree its expensive incase of Oriel and hardtop but still a much better option than after market stuff..
