Bro, your ride is in super condition and you'll be hard pressed to find a CL9 in such good knick (maybe possible in Lahore but not here in Karachi). Here's my take on the two cars:
Driving pleasure - personally, in city driving I enjoy the Reborn a lot more. Its so much lighter than the CL9 that it feels more zippy in traffic. And I absolutely love the sound of the R18A! The CL9 seemingly has much more sound deadening so very little of the K24A's sound enters the cabin. The only rush I get from the CL9 is when I look at the speedometer. But of course in absolute terms the CL9 is much much faster, no comparison.
Comfort - CL9's ride is a bit harder than the Civic's but the seats are way more comfortable, and as I said there is a lot less ambient noise in the CL9 than the Civic. So I'd go with the CL9 here.
Road grip - the Reborn's road grip is awesome but again, no comparison with the Accord. As I said, compared to the CL9 the Reborn feels way way lighter - that coupled with the fact that the CL9 seems to have a harder suspension means much more grip for the CL9. Also, my CL9's EPS is heavier than my Reborn's HPS - even though the Reborn is running on 205s which is one size up on the factory size, as compared to the stock 215s on the Accord (both running new Advan DBs)
Maintenance cost - I'd say pretty much the same. In my 6 months' ownership of the Accord it just hasn't felt more expensive to maintain than the Reborn - fuel consumption is a bit worse for the Accord within the city and that's about it.
