car paint seems thin so better use masking method instead of paint cutting.

I have a question. I take very much care of my car to keep it swirl free. Never do dry dusting. Rinse properly before washing to loose the dirt. Follow two bucket properly. Dry with water magnet and use microfibre clothes for other jobs like removing wax etc.
Even after taking care, still light swirl marks have started to appear. What do i do in such case? My car colour is black

Need advice related to two cars.
1. I am restoring an 80 corolla. The paint is in very good condition giving a proper reflection. But the roof and hood have a blackish coating over the colour. What products and procedure should I utilize.
2. I have a swift which I take care of intensely from day one. I have always been concerned about the engine bay as i have never washed it. Last time I tried 9 months ago and I had to replace the wiring for my hid's. What product and procedure should be followed such that water is not used.
3. Need the meguirs wash and wax shampoo and a water magnet as well as a couple of micro fibres plus shipped to khi.
