I have a white Honda Civic (one year old), i am only using wash and wax and then ultimate wax, should i consider now to do polish for some initially developed swirl marks? if yes which one?

Yes talking about same one which we use at our homes , as much powerful motor as much cleaning , now some heavy duty machinese also avilable in market for commercial use.

About smaller ones with 12v dc are too small and just good for day to day cleaning, their motor too small for best cleaning

Bought this Black & Decker vacuum cleaner. Its 780 watts, 220 volts. Better than the 12V DC and rechargeable ones.
