Tahir bhai depend upon polish and wax nature u can use rotary polisher, for example for rotary use usually polishes develop with longer working time while for da and hand applications ususally polishes developed with shorter working time so its all depend what polish or wax u intend to use with rotary polisher.

for example Chemical Guys V series compounds and polishes works best with rotary however u can also use them with DA polisher and by hands

Nanoskin HD cut compound or First cut compound or Compolish all works best with rotary polisher

In waxes Nanoskin Hi glaze wax works very nice with Rotary polisher

Normally in world where require fast paint correction people use Rotary polisher while for finishing products use DA polisher as DA produce swirl free finish
