Meguiars Products At Cheapest Rates In Pakistan

I am generally a very silent viewer of this thread, however a regular reader. It taught me a lot in term of detailing and actually motivated to keep my car clean and SHINY !! I got my new 2nd Gen Prius (2010) a couple of months ago and after reading this entire thread, decided to visit @ahmad_yar bhai to get essential items.

I never even take pictures after detailing however this time i thought.. why not.. may be I will be able to help somebody or get some help rather

Products & Method

Exterior
- Washed with Meguiars Wash n Wax (double bucket method using wash mitt)
- First rinsed the whole car with water and then rinsed all panels using a washmitt.
- Used different wash mitt for lower panels, which were PRETTY DIRTY !!!
- Went through every panel thrice to ensure that no dirt is left
- Dried the car with small lint micro fiber (got it from Metro, it dries the entire car without having to squeeze the MF)
- Open all doors and cleaned door jambs and other small areas around it
- After drying, applied very thin coat of Meguiars Ultimate Paste Wax and left it to haze for 15 minutes after applying it on entire car
- Buffed with provided Micro Fiber and gave another wipe of the other side for shiny finish
- Applied the same wax of RIMs and buffed off same as above
- Treated all exterior rubbers (wiper and other ones) with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated all plastic trims and number plates with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated types and wheel wells with Meguiars Hyper Dressing as well (1:3 Ratio)

Interior
- Thoroughly vacuumed every inch of mats and areas under the mats
- Wiped all plastic with Meguiars APC (1:15 Ratio)
- Dressed with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated all rubbers around the doors with Meguiars Hyper Dressing

I have seen many 2nd gen Prius but trust me ur'sis cleanest and real less millage car Mashallah.

I remember when First time I saw interior it was dry Without life but hyper dressing amazingly made it nourish and better than Brand new . Her skin also seems now smooth wet silk. Allah naseeb karaye Ameen

Ahmed bhai i have the yellow polishing pad and red compounding pads of megs da power system, i used the compounding ones for compounding and polishing ones for sealant and waxing, is there a need to get the black finishing pads for sealant and waxing or is the yellow polishing pad fine? i apply the glaze and surface prep by hand

Arzaam bhai yellow polishing pad is only polishing or u can Use it for Ultimate compound if imperfections are not of serious nature. Polishing pad it bit hard for sealants ans waxes. Black finishing pad is best for sealants. Finishing waxes or glazes

Washed the whole car with shampoo
Polished with meguiars Ultimate Polish using an Even Coat applicator pad
Waxed with Meguiars gold class and a foam pad
Meguiars Ultimate Detailer wipe
Tires and wheels were cleaned with meguiars APC and then the tires were dressed with endurance gel

Simple process but impressive outcomes Mashallah

Omar bhai u have polisher but this time u opted Even coat applicator pad for Ultimate polish . Would u pls share ur experience like ease of applications. Outcomes ccompare to electric polisher and unifirmity of polishing

Btw Ultimate polish and gold class made the paint deep dark Mashallah

Arzaam bhai yellow polishing pad is only polishing or u can Use it for Ultimate compound if imperfections are not of serious nature. Polishing pad it bit hard for sealants ans waxes. Black finishing pad is best for sealants. Finishing waxes or glazes

Just to give an idea of how dirty the car was....

After wiping one panel...

Foam wash is Perfect in this situation but when I didn't have electric washer I used to apply shampoo solution on rain dirty car by help of pressure spray bottle Which Arzam bhai shared on page 35 its very simple and easily available at department stores may be under rs500
First I used to spray shampoo solution on whole car from that presuure spray bottle than rinse with tab pressure water as that process help to rinse out lot of dirt than I used double bucket in that way we can minimize chances of swirls

After washing, i just gave a Meguiars ultimate detailer wipe and look how it boosted the colours. The car was waxed 3 weeks back with a carnauba. no sealant.. yet..

Lesson- never underestimate the power of a spray detailer.

Shuker hai seeing any red lady after long time
No boubt power of detailer spray . Many people think my personal Cars allways waxed infact my cars keep on detailers spray for months Hahahaha time He nahi milta for weekely wash and wax but good Quality detailer sprays help to give protection and beauty to car though Its not last long but What ever short life Its marvellous as detailer sparys not only nutralize static charge from far skin So dust won't attract much but also gives as look of "just being waxed" in just Few miniuts.

DA polishers are good for massaging the product into the paint but this time i opted not to use them because it was 2am and my little brother was sleeping in the room just infront of the car and my DA is very noisy:P... Pressure washer made enough noise:P

Anyways, even coat applicators are very nice because they fit perfectly in my hand and even pressure is distributed throughout the panel and it uses very less product and gives an even, uniform cut. They are also ideal for spreading out interior spray. I could achieve outcomes similar to a DA but my arms hurt like hell after that. The key to polishing and compounding is not to stop until the polish turns transparent- this means that the abrasives have no broken in and you're ready to wipe off the residue and see the outcomes.

Hehe! Happens everytime it rains in karachi!
I have a spray bottle too, bought from hyperstar when i was in search for a pressure washer, couldn't come back empty handed;)
I use it for degreasers and mostly waterless washing!

I will inshAllah buy a foam lance and a gallon of hyper wash soon:)

another great product, cleared my headlights from normal swirls, and gave the plastic headlamp nice clear shiny finish at the same time UV protecting it, additionally i would recommend meguiars headlight restoration kit on oxidised or yellowed headlights, it works wonders and no need to take it to a buffer you can often wreck the headlight or cause moisture etc, though i didn't need the kit because my headlights didn't have any problems

@ahmad_yar ahmed bhai, i washed my bike today and it was a nightmare getting off all the mud and muck off it. Whats the best product for washing off grime and all that? Also if i use a sprayer to apply it on the mud and then use pressured water stream(thumb in pipe), would this be enough to remove the muck?

Foam wash with electric pressure washer considered safe and detective option to.wash rains dirty bike or car but if u don't have foam lands bottle than u can Use pressure spray bottle

point noted will try that combo next time, i haven't tried hyper dressing on tyres in fact wanted to ask if it was safe on tyres, since it is i will try it, by the way since my endurance spray is almost about to run out i wanted to ask do you have meg gold class endurance spray? is it any better? or am i better off applying hyper dressing and diluting it to my liking, i like that i can play around with different matt/gloss finishes. life is not a issue as car is hardly driven and especially not driven in rain so no frequent washes, should i use this or should i try to find gold class endurance spay is it better than endurance spray?

Gee Arzaam bhai hyper dressing can be applied on tyers. Its water base Without any cleaners in it So totaly safe on rubber.plastic and vinyle.
Being concentrate So Its versitle as per ur choice of desired shine.
Just Its life less than dedicated tyer gell endurance.
Propose to try hyper dressing on tyers however we also have endurance gell as well as endurance spray

Sure ahmad bhai. Will surely share some megs experience. Mark X engine bay detailing is due and will be using megs apc and hyper dressing to nourish vinyls and engine rubber and plastic parts.

So, help needed.
What would you recommend for a silver Corolla (2010)? The car is not used much, only 36k on the ODO so no major scratches.
Examined at night with a flash light and the car seems to be swirl free. In fact, it was sparkling clean.
So that would mean that not much would be required for it, right? What products would members recommend then?

Also, I would appreciate an early reply as I am in Lahore till Saturday and would love to get the products before Saturday.
