amazon sales items that are sold (and fulfilled) by amazon.com AND amazon sales items from other sellers as well.
In the screenshot, on right you can see different sellers and their different price and shipping rates.
i'll keep an eye on other ppl coming from US and will order more but there i have no idea when it can be possible.

It's no business, no profit, no loss. Just some public service as one can say
