TODAY I TALK TO GUY (AUTO PART DEPRTMENT) AT SHOW ROOM AND RECONFIRM PRICES AND ASK REASON WHY AIR FILTER PRICE IS O HIGH . HE REPLIED ME
" AIR FILTER IS IMPORTED FROM JAPAN SO IT IS COSTLY AND THIS FILTER WILL GIVE VERY GOOD MILAGE PETROL CONSUMPTION AND IF U CARE THE AIR FILTER I WILL WORK FOR 2 OR 3 TIME TUNING . THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE IF U USE LOCAL IT WILL CHANGE ON EVERY TUNING AND UR MILAGE EFFECT"

The air filter, filters dust particles .. there is an allowable limit as per engine design in microns .. bigger particles act as sand-paper in the cylinder area causing wear .. no local or low quality filters will give u that protection .. u may compare any air filter with genuine one .. the texture and thickness of original filter is visibly different

never use air and oil filter of non oem specifications .. these r the only two filters protecting ur engine from outside impurities .. other than fuel filter which is now seldom cleaned or changed

- local air and oil filter
- plugs cheapest value rs160-180 each
- fuel already full of additives
- oil anything but what oem suggested and from an unknown agency
- brake pads japani (not original)
- coolant rs 360 for many litres

saved a lot .. now lets put leather seat covers hand stitched worth 20k which make u melt in summers in pakistan
