Aur agar ac me masla hota to vent ke paas bhi thandi hawa na phenkta. Vent pe air thandi hoti hai not on face. Masla kuch aur hai ac ka nahi! Werna vents bhi thande nahi hote

Seems like an issue of inadequate insulation from the outside heat. This is one of the problems in mehran. U need a better form of insulation inside the doors. Anyone here can help if they installed insulation themselves.
Front pe under the dash board wala area also gets quite hot under normal use and in the sun. Blame it on the poor insulation from Suzuki there. That needs to be catered to too.
Also, install shades on all 4 windows.
Mehran has a comparatively weaker ac so, other steps need to be taken to ensure ac sahi thanda karay.
Also, place something on the dash to keep the dash board cool during peak sun hours. And try to park the car in shade cuz agar garam gari ko chalatay hain to ac ko sara time gari ke heat nikaalnay main lag jata hai.
I think there is some sort of insulation layer available for the roof too. That makes a hell of a difference too.

Let me suggest.there is a rotator near the blower which is adjusted for blower peak speed.plus I am using duet japanese car compressor which produces more compression and gives better cooling also get the heater pipes disconnected as it creates heat in the cabin which counter acts with the Ac cooling .also get sunblocks for windows.try it. It works.

Darwazon ki insulation was done by opening the door from the inside. Jab cover remove hota hai to ull see a plastic layer or something. I did this with my cuore so have no idea what would be inside a mehran's door. Khair, I brought home a foam sheet and cut it accordingly to the shape of the door.
I then made another layer of plastic sheet and sandwiched the foam layer in between the plastic layers. Then I glued the whole thing inside the door. Remember, the holes.for the windows and lock etc need to be proper Warna it will give u problems while opening and closing the windows.
This not only made the car cooler, it also worked as excellent noise insulation from the outside
Also, go under the dashboard and steering and check if all the ducts there are closed. If not then get those stopper type things nd close them. Wahan se garam hawa atee hai.
Thirdly, when ur car has been running for a while with ac, go down to the same under the steering area and feel it with ur hand. If it seems hot, like hotter than usual, look for the insulating foam type layer between the gray plastic of the cabin and the wall of the engine compartment. That insulation might be torn up or inadequate. Get another layer of the same material installed to further limit the heat.
Roof ka I have no idea as my car's roof is cool no matter how long I Park it in the sun. But I have heard some people install a similar plastic/foam layer there too. U can check and see if u really need it or not.
Then take off the layer from inside the cabin. It would be glued to the roof. And install the layer as per ur requirements.
These are DIYs so, I don't think u would require any mechanic for this

The only costs would be the ducts costing 15-30 rs each and the foam layer which u can get a lot of for a few hundred rupees. U'll also need to stick the stuff so will need a solution glue or whatever that is called. The shopkeepers know it. Tell them chat laganay wali solution glue chahiyeh.
That glue will work inside the doors too but u can stick it with depoxy steel or something like that too.

PW Guys! need ur precious suggestion regarding my car
Mehran 07 VX model..... Mostly driven on petrol,
1- when i start car on petrol ,,, i feel lots of petrol's smell also while driving i feel little bit smell inside room...........
2- on normal start steering shake bt while driving its smooth.....
3- when i turned steering i feel sound from "Kaangi" like Kriccch Kricch lol mechanic suys Bush is fine......

It does not depend on car. It depends how well is tuned
Kuch ka ac alto me acha hota hai kuch ka cultus mei.
Mjhe mehran ke liye chahiye hai

How to tighten mehrans accelerator cable?

Today while driving on motorway @110 km/h, the temperature gauge went up (around 60%), dropped the speed & it came back where it is supposed to be ---- it's 2004 model Mehran, recently got the engine overhauled (driven 7000 km).

Were you driving with AC? Valve clearance and ignition timing ?

mehran shock give "cheeennn cheeen" sound (like dry doors)even on staring moving, previously oil come out from shock, few days it give sound when car got hot, now every time. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.?
