Yes Dear i had the issue and that was coming because my pipe Of air was choked. Actually there is a pipe that is there in mehran's tank and goes out to the bumper behind rear back light. So my electrician did was removed the light and installed a new pipe and gave it out from Bumper and the smell was gone

Looks like your clutch plates need replacing. But try topping up your gear oil first. Either of these should solve the problem.

shroud alteration failed. found another 7 blade fan.excellent results. ac performance also increased.

spent 400 rupees on this fan blade only. before that i tried to fit alto shroud and fan but failed.

size and clearance is only issue while fitting some other fan. this one is also too tight. roughly 5 mm between blade edge and shroud. and 10mm from radiator.

Stiff gears in Mehran EFI 2012, around 150,000km driven.

Gear shifting is very stiff (no grinding) from the beginning, both with engine off and on. Rest everything is ok including gear oil level.

Thick viscosity gear oil is used i guess, so replacing it with ZIC gear oil with thin viscosity (red bottle) be any useful for it or not?

New clutch plate, pressure plate, clutch bearing and flywheel polishing is done recently as required.

Any solutions or its normal in Mehran?.
