After spending so much amount on Chinese and bilal gunj expenditure, i will not recommend to go for eps.
if ur car body is weak from beneath and u have used repaired parts, the electric motor will not help and will not last longer.
buy PS original parts although they are bit expensive but they will do the job. i have seen some shops in bilal gunj who deals in ps mehran parts selling brand new just like they been taken out from stolen cars or maybe cars received from insurance.

check them......they can give u some good bits for your car suspension.

Hmm... bro i am not sure about my car front side condition about how much it is in fine condition but yet at the moment car makes me feel like brand new with no kharkhaa... just steering is a bit hard to b quickly turns in streets.. thats y thinking abt power

I have some doubts so kindly help me out, Today I got my radiator serviced due to rust deposits on cap and inner part which i can see. replaced 2 hoses. One more thing is that radiator was filled with Coolant and water (50-50), never poured whole water. last time i got it serviced was 3-4 years back. Fan is auto.

Now after service i noticed following things:

before cleaning, temperature gauge use to remain slightly above C or lets say less than a quarter even during summers. But after service, temperature gauge is now slightly towards middle or 50%. fan is working but my father is worried as well as me.

I do not sense any burning smell, but i feel excess heat when i opened the bonnet.

I observed no leakage but when i open the radiator cap after some time, it was half empty and refilled with plain water. (Not poured coolant yet in case of any leakage or problems)

Oil change and tuning is due will probably get it tomorrow.

I am worried so what else should i get it check or replace?

How old is ur car and running km?

U need to check the water pump fr leakages.
Also check the fan speed. If its slow it may need servicing.

2005 (first owner)
running completely on petrol since 2016 after engine overhaul
Fan speed is high, could hear the sound inside the cabin before and after servicing, no abnormal sound.
i guess it is driven approx 250-350k kilometers.

what worries me is that why there is a huge change in temperature after servicing.

U said radiator was half empty when u checked after some time.....this may be because ur water pump is leaking slowly and not visible (i faced this issue but with my old mira)....u need to look underneath when car is running and wait untill u notice any drops from the timing belt/pulley side............was the water pump ever changed in its history?

U also replaced 2 hose pipes....what was the conditon of the older ones......and are the new one of same size? Fixed properly?

yes the water pump was replaced few years ago, 1 of the hose behind the engine was leaking (heater core pipe) same size, another one was lower radiator hose, no leakage though but changed it anyway with new clamp. I just checked the water level, it wasn't empty, maybe due to air in the system i guess the water was not filled to the desired level.
I will be visiting the mechanic and he will inspect everything, especially the water pump and electrical parts as well.

We also had 91 mehran but drove less than urs..... u have 250k plus in 10 yrs....we had only 180k in 26yrs.........sold it in 2017

So following things done today:

Tappet adjustment
Tappet cover seal (Jam) replaced
New plugs
Carburetor Cleaned
Drained the radiator and poured coolant and water.
cleaned pcv valve

Unable to change oil, will do it next week

Electrical is fine

water body is fine and no sound or leakage

Will observe the temperature in next coming days and check water level, I guess the head gasket is the culprit, if so What is the correct procedure of replacing the gasket? the symptoms of blown head gasket? I do not see oil and water mixed but are there any other symptoms to determine the blown gasket?

many mechanics advised me to make the fan direct but i was reluctant and did not opt for it. causes more problem and fatigue to parts.

As far as water and oil not mixing i think gasket is fine....about other symptoms related to blown gasket, experts here can guide better as i dont know about it...

Brother, needle staying near middle is prefect and u don't worry as it is normal, which was not before radiator service.
check the cap, if it needs replacement, then replace it with a good one by Suzuki and not local ones.
Let the car remain on Auto fan, this is what engineers have designed it for. Our mechanics give do cheap suggestions to make it direct. the moment u turn it into direct, start counting the engine head life to reduce gradually.

check for possible leakages from pipes, caps and the reserve bottle, if there is no leakage then its good.

as for gasket, i have heard that start the car and open the radiator cap, give race. if water comes out of radiator, then its signs of bad gasket.

So after one week, I noticed following issues,

have to pour water daily (depends on how much i drive) i do not see any leaks.

when i checked the condition of oil, it was normal, no whitish colour

I checked the condition of the cap, the rubber seal inside the cap is worn out, will get that replaced

What really confuses me is that, i see a slight round white deposits on the exhaust tip? does this mean anything?

if head gasket is the issue, what things i need to get it done and look to it?

start up is normal and smooth, mileage is good

I am experiencing a repeated leakage of fx car destributer breather. What should I do with it now.
I saw dribbled engine oil on floor oftentimes because of this leakage..
Is there any way to fix it?

pls replace the cap firstly and then observe. the cap can be the reason of water getting leak.it evaportaes when hot and u r not able to identify the spot.

please post pic of white deposits u r saying that ur car is having.

how much car u drive normally.

I have mehran 2013, needle very rarely moves from C and climbs only less than a quarter, no matter how hot it is while ac running.

i think, it is related to t valve. it might not be opening properly.
